So they observe the regulation that says they must inform the market of directorate changes but not the one about returning to market unless a justifiable reason exists.I'd imagine she is only the first of those that will want to distance themselves from any association from this debacle.

The Company continues to actively consider acquisition opportunities. Further announcements will be made in due course.That is now 32 months that they have been considering other acquisitions as they have always claimed in RNS'sAs you say Mega there is now no reason this should be suspended as there is no market pertinent information.Shareholders should be allowed to decide if they wish to continue to invest in this ship of fools.

Can only hope that some of the prodding from individual shareholders to the regulatory bodies have caused Gallegos to own up to what everybody else has known for a long, long time.Now a bit more prodding is required to establish if it is going to relist or it was a scam all along.At the very least Gallegos needs to hand back the money he has been taking for doing nothing at all.

So Gallegos is now not providing material information in his market updates!I don't imagine BMN's decision to have nothing to do with MUST happened between 7.30am & 10.30amIf MUST was trading it would probably have to be suspended on that omission alone.Gallegos, & all concerned sailing very close to the wind on legalities here.Stinks

Days after pulling out of their previous plan they are straight on the case with a new one.

Not like the shambling chancers at Must who continue to hide and will not update the market until every single other party has told them they are not part of any deal and announced it to their own shareholders [we may never hear as Garnett don't have to tell any markets and the FCA say MUST are not governed by them, MUST own website says they do not have to comply other than voluntary adoption of 'guidelines' so there will be no pressure on them from anywhere]

So Pineapple have ended their intended RTO and announced it [the second time they have done this while MUST have been in hibernation] and have another plan/target already in sight.

'Ordinarily, on termination of such discussions, the Company would request that its ordinary shares be restored to listing. However, the Directors of the Company are actively considering another potential acquisition opportunity in the renewables sector which would constitute an RTO and have therefore requested that the Company's shares remain suspended for the time being.'

Whereas Gallegos is waiting for Bushveld to confirm, in a RNS, that they are not involving MUST at all in their dealings with Garnet, before he will finally accept - and more importantly update the market - that he can no longer wait for any crumbs off the Garnet table and he has massively failed. Not just in his goal of the RTO but in the way he has treated shareholders by his appalling lack of communications & the 'mistruths' about the FCA holding the process up.

A return to trading should be out of the companies hands at this point FCA rules listing rules 5.4.2 clearly applicable

Emailed him a few days ago. Replied "I agree its completely unacceptable. Not much has gone our way of that period, I'm committed to get back to trading asap and will do whatever it takes."

Alternative "options" doesn't say they are re-negotiating to reverse into must .

Cellcube needs money asap and vfrbhs 40 %® is diluted if they can't stump up the dough...surely Garnett are going to call for more money asap..

This doesn't say to me continuing with must . This stock still being suspended is a disgrace by the FCa . They are failing to protect shareholder and regulate the market .

Yes your right . This should not be suspended any longer . It must relist or delist one or the other .fca are negligent here . Under new rules spacs are not required to suspend anyway when they find a target .

Action should be taken .

The Company continues to negotiate the terms of the acquisition of 100% of the shares in VRFB Holdings Limited and will make a further announcement at the conclusion of those negotiations....'So absolutely no time frames or indication of anything at all as to any conclusion.I will be asking the FCA how long they will allow this endless farce to continue without a duty of obligation to the shareholders.I don't expect any reply but hopefully might bring this perpetual kicking down the road onto their radar.
