Anyone emailed Dean

If (i) the full amount of the 2023 CLNs has not been raised by 30 April 2023; (ii) the full amount has been raised, but Mustang has not obtained binding commitments of at least US$15 million towards its proposed fundraise at Readmission, nor funded Enerox with another US$1 million until the end of June 2023, in each case by 31 May 2023; or (iii) Mustang has not obtained approval of its proposed prospectus in relation to Readmission by the 30 June 2023, Garnet will have an option to terminate the Garnet Acquisition, and upon investing a minimum of US$3.5 million into EHL, take a controlling position in EHL. In such circumstances Mustang may still choose to complete the Acquisition (Stage 1), Acquisition (Stage 2) and Acquisition (Stage 3) and continue to Readmission but only with its minority position in EHL which would be approximately 46.4%.

30 th June deadline for prospectus approval or garnett can sieze control and they will.
What's the likelihood here ? Not that this dean guy is reliable..he has wrongly been blaming FCA for a year be ironic if it finally turns out to be true ...and it brings this down .

Australia's domestic vanadium investments to support renewable energy battery sector.Jun 5, 2023Australian Vanadium project.Vanadium is a key material used in several manufacturing and industrial applications including battery metals.Demand for the metal is expected to grow strongly for the rest of the decade.Vanadium is fast becoming an important commodity for Australia's green manufacturing objectives and its vision of a sustainable economy. The metal has a silver-grey colour and is prized for its ductile properties, anti-corrosive nature, and lightweight but high-strength alloys. The Federal government has invested AU$ 49 mn into the Australian Vanadium Project, operated by Australian Vanadium Ltd (ASX: AVL), to develop a fully integrated mining project to supply the green steel industry and downstream battery markets.Applications include its use in aircraft frames, engines, steel production and most recently, in vanadium redox flow batteries (VRFB) to create new-age renewable energy storage solutions. Flow batteries use the ion exchange between two liquids to generate power. The grant is being made under the Modern Manufacturing Initiative, which is central to Australia's strategy to scale up the sector, improve global competitiveness and create domestic employment opportunities. The first instalment of approximately AU$10 mn will be used for the construction and establishment of a green-hydrogen-powered high-purity vanadium processing facility and will be undertaken in conjunction with Bryah Resources Limited (ASX: BYH).Https://invezz.com/news/2023/06/05/australias-domestic-vanadium-investments-to-support-renewable-energy-battery-sector/

LinkedIn:CellCube's PostView organization page for CellCubeCellCube5,099 followersCellcube welcomed a delegation of the International Energy Agency (IEA) this week. The 21 visitors were representatives of an IEA Energy Technology Network and its Collaboration Programme-related gathering in Vienna. With great pleasure we hosted them in the course of their technical tour and provided insights into our technology, current use cases, project-related data monitoring systems, R&D concepts as well as science-based data and technology comparisons regarding environmental impacts. #energytransition #vrfbSee other posts by CellCube:? In the quest for achieving a 100% renewable energy future, effective storage solutions for intermittent and fluctuating electrical energy are crucial. Vanadium Flow Batteries, like CellCube's batteries, constitute a reliable and secure option for stationary energy storage. To ensure our systems' sustainability, it's important to assess their potential environmental impact through life cycle assessment (LCA). We are excited to report that a recently conducted LCA study has been published – the first of its kind, relying solely on a manufacturer's primary data. Enerox_Cellcube has provided those data. Exploring real-world use scenarios, the findings revealed that the location of operation and the type of renewable energy input to the battery significantly influence potential emissions. Consequently, the research not only identifies emission reduction opportunities but also provides actionable recommendations for future utilization of VFBs.Click here for the open access 'ScienceDirect' article Https://lnkd.in/dka_aHuN

Anyone that knows anything about BMN knows what an absolute shower they are & how they have decimated shareholder value & are unable to do anything within the timescales they give out.Naive to think MUST have been cunning behind Garnetts back as Garnett are heavily involved in the current play. Don't know who you are listening to Dontay but they are feeding you tosh.

Yep. If it comes off - the rewards have the potential to be massive - so-well worth waiting for! As a result of recent manoeuvres which have had to be kept well out of the public spotlight until they were strung together so they remained well away from provoking any further legal action from Garnet, making them long in the making -- MUST is (to all intents and purposes) now owned by BMN! That's fact. There are strong rumours that loads of work has been going on in the background to bring BMN's long term plans to fruition -- and a potential Cellcube (MUST) listing on the huge NASDAQ market would be a massive move -- IF -- those rumours prove to be accurate!South Africa Weighs Environmental Approval for 10 Gigawatts of Power..........Https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-05-19/s-africa-considers-environmental-approval-for-9-789-mw-of-power?cmpid=socialflow-twitter-climate&utm_campaign=socialflow-organic&utm_content=climate&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&leadSource=uverify%20wall"In China VRFBs already at 8.2% of total consumption in 2022 with Pangang stating that based on their forecasts "the market for VRFBs is going to be huge."I know that already -- but having the world's biggest producer of vanadium say it further supports that belief"Https://twitter.com/BigBiteNow/status/1660938092755206145?t=lfU7Mx2PlvUGssLVQp2IxA&s=35

Must stated in the RNS that they are doing a RTO of Cellcube and need to relist by end of July so nothing new there.

As to a simultaneous listing on Nasdaq? DG can't even get a prospectus out for the LSE even though he's been claiming its' been with them for best part of a year so can't see a hope in Hell of him getting a Nasdaq one away.

No, just same old, same old here & I have no confidence at all that DG is capable of getting it relisted. He is on £10k every month so he's in no rush.

Vanadium electrolyte: the 'fuel' for long-duration energy storage.May 22, 2023Since the advent of COVID-19, everyone has become a lot more aware of supply chains. For vanadium electrolyte the major producer is currently China, which also consumes a lot of that electrolyte for its own VRFB installations.US Vanadium LLC (USV) in Arkansas, USA, supplies the highest purity vanadium electrolyte produced in the world and has a current capacity of 4 million litres per year, which equates to approximately 60MWh equivalent. USV has an agreement with Europe-headquartered VRFB manufacturer CellCube to supply up to 3 million litres of that electrolyte. In the UK, Oxkem is another electrolyte supplier. It has the capacity to manufacture in excess of 3 million litres per year.Global supply of vanadium electrolyte is however currently very tight.Primary vanadium producer Bushveld Minerals in South Africa is completing construction of its BELCO electrolyte plant which is expected to start operation in H1 2023, with an initial capacity of eight million litres per year. This production can be expanded to deliver 32 million litres per year.Emerging vanadium producer Australian Vanadium Limited (AVL) in Australia is building a vanadium electrolyte manufacturing facility in Western Australia which will have an initial capacity of 33MWh per year. Production is due to commence later this year. AVL also intends to build further manufacturing facilities on the east coast of Australia to supply the growing local demand.Several other companies have indicated their plans to manufacture vanadium electrolyte in Australia. The Australian Government is keen to support downstream processing in Australia, adding value to the country's resources and leveraging strong international trading relationships to move up the value chain. How that translates into serving VRFB end-market demand.......Https://www.energy-storage.news/vanadium-electrolyte-the-fuel-for-long-duration-energy-storage/

No guarantees whatsoever - but I've been informed by a couple of analysts who work in the industry that there are rumours around intimating that Mustang will re-list as CellCube and also list on NASDAQ at the same time as re-listing in London by the end of July. Sounds interesting and all unsubstantiated, but we shall see!

I can understand why DG is in no hurry - he's earning £10000 every single month this drags on. He's been paid much more than he ever put in & after this completes, whether that is getting back to market or disappearing in a puff of smoke, he will be out of work with a CV showing that he was unable to get a prospectus out after 2+ years even though that was his only goal.

Annual Financial report, in addition to saying the are now in the process of preparing a prospectus!(you might have thought that they would be ready to submit it by now, after years of preparing it & previously having claimed they’d submitted it and it was the FCA holding up the process) also shows that the Chairman can’t even get his dates right in his opening spiel.

"a clear path forward to continue to progress our readmission application with the FCA, which is well advanced, and our discussions with potential investors. I would like to thank our noteholders and shareholders for their understanding and patience to get to this point." - shareholders have no choice but to be patient! Some indication of a relisting date would be appreciated.

Australia had over 2GWh of large-scale battery storage under construction at end of 2022.April 18, 2023Good outlook, but pace of large-scale deployment needs to increase.Thornton said that the figures showed that despite a slowdown in some areas, the energy transition economy in Australia remains strong, particularly as coal power plant retirements accelerate.Australia's political direction gives good cause for optimism, the CEC executive said, with the Labor government voted in last year setting a 43% by 2030 emissions reduction target and announcing initiatives like the Rewiring the Nation AU$20 billion grid upgrade scheme and forthcoming tenders for large-scale BESS.Renewable energy in 2022 accounted for 35.9% of all generation, up from 32.5% in 2021, more than double the 16.9% share it had in 2017 when Australia's clean energy "boom" began, CEC said. A total 2,257MW of new large-scale renewables were added to the grid last year, and 500MW of large-scale wind and solar was in construction as of the end of 2022, another record.Thornton said however that the sustained growth of renewable energy cannot be taken for granted. Even with the "greater policy clarity" the sector now enjoys, reaching the federal government's targeted 82% renewables in the generation mix will require the pace of large-scale project deployment "to at least double".Australia's national science group, the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), recently published a roadmap for renewable energy storage which found that a 10-14x increase in energy storage capacity will be needed in the National Electricity Market (NEM) between 2025 and 2030.Https://www.energy-storage.news/australia-had-over-2gwh-of-large-scale-battery-storage-under-construction-at-end-of-2022/
