I'd expect this to open around 10p - if it does I'm selling to try and recoup anything I can

Whereas I thought any tie up with BMN was a huge mistake at the time. What is disgraceful is the way MUST have treated shareholders by poor & questionable rare updates & hiding behind the minimum they have to.It's the end of June, there has been no prospectus so it's all failed again and we will probably have to wait another 28 days while DG hides behind supposed legalities before being updated.

Fortune said in the post rns interview prospectus shortly..

As you say bmn likely need to dispose of must asap..

Terms require approval of prospectus by Month and commitment if $15 milk funding Garnett can take control and don't have to reverse into must ..

A 49 % reversal into must won't be as appealing to investors with split unconnected equity .

6 working days for approval or it's a massive balls up.

If they do manage to list share price will get smashed as bmn need to raise money and selling it's cellcube shares are the obvious first option .

Is Fortune stepping down at BMN [either willingly or forced] going to completely collapse the MUST deal or was it a pre-requisite for things to move forward?

Think it's a safe bet that this now throws a massive spanner in the works as I thing DG bought all of Fortunes snake oil [he surely must have had his doubts though, the way BMN & Fortune have acted over the past 2 years?].

I suppose we will now get the usual extension while Coltman at BMN surveys the mess he is walking into and the decisions he either has to carry on with or pull out of.

The only saving grace is that BMN desperately need money so he might be keen to push the BE carve out through sooner rather than later although it says 'expected by end of 2023'

Anyone emailed Dean

If (i) the full amount of the 2023 CLNs has not been raised by 30 April 2023; (ii) the full amount has been raised, but Mustang has not obtained binding commitments of at least US$15 million towards its proposed fundraise at Readmission, nor funded Enerox with another US$1 million until the end of June 2023, in each case by 31 May 2023; or (iii) Mustang has not obtained approval of its proposed prospectus in relation to Readmission by the 30 June 2023, Garnet will have an option to terminate the Garnet Acquisition, and upon investing a minimum of US$3.5 million into EHL, take a controlling position in EHL. In such circumstances Mustang may still choose to complete the Acquisition (Stage 1), Acquisition (Stage 2) and Acquisition (Stage 3) and continue to Readmission but only with its minority position in EHL which would be approximately 46.4%.

30 th June deadline for prospectus approval or garnett can sieze control and they will.
What's the likelihood here ? Not that this dean guy is reliable..he has wrongly been blaming FCA for a year be ironic if it finally turns out to be true ...and it brings this down .

Australia's domestic vanadium investments to support renewable energy battery sector.Jun 5, 2023Australian Vanadium project.Vanadium is a key material used in several manufacturing and industrial applications including battery metals.Demand for the metal is expected to grow strongly for the rest of the decade.Vanadium is fast becoming an important commodity for Australia's green manufacturing objectives and its vision of a sustainable economy. The metal has a silver-grey colour and is prized for its ductile properties, anti-corrosive nature, and lightweight but high-strength alloys. The Federal government has invested AU$ 49 mn into the Australian Vanadium Project, operated by Australian Vanadium Ltd (ASX: AVL), to develop a fully integrated mining project to supply the green steel industry and downstream battery markets.Applications include its use in aircraft frames, engines, steel production and most recently, in vanadium redox flow batteries (VRFB) to create new-age renewable energy storage solutions. Flow batteries use the ion exchange between two liquids to generate power. The grant is being made under the Modern Manufacturing Initiative, which is central to Australia's strategy to scale up the sector, improve global competitiveness and create domestic employment opportunities. The first instalment of approximately AU$10 mn will be used for the construction and establishment of a green-hydrogen-powered high-purity vanadium processing facility and will be undertaken in conjunction with Bryah Resources Limited (ASX: BYH).Https://invezz.com/news/2023/06/05/australias-domestic-vanadium-investments-to-support-renewable-energy-battery-sector/

LinkedIn:CellCube's PostView organization page for CellCubeCellCube5,099 followersCellcube welcomed a delegation of the International Energy Agency (IEA) this week. The 21 visitors were representatives of an IEA Energy Technology Network and its Collaboration Programme-related gathering in Vienna. With great pleasure we hosted them in the course of their technical tour and provided insights into our technology, current use cases, project-related data monitoring systems, R&D concepts as well as science-based data and technology comparisons regarding environmental impacts. #energytransition #vrfbSee other posts by CellCube:? In the quest for achieving a 100% renewable energy future, effective storage solutions for intermittent and fluctuating electrical energy are crucial. Vanadium Flow Batteries, like CellCube's batteries, constitute a reliable and secure option for stationary energy storage. To ensure our systems' sustainability, it's important to assess their potential environmental impact through life cycle assessment (LCA). We are excited to report that a recently conducted LCA study has been published – the first of its kind, relying solely on a manufacturer's primary data. Enerox_Cellcube has provided those data. Exploring real-world use scenarios, the findings revealed that the location of operation and the type of renewable energy input to the battery significantly influence potential emissions. Consequently, the research not only identifies emission reduction opportunities but also provides actionable recommendations for future utilization of VFBs.Click here for the open access 'ScienceDirect' article Https://lnkd.in/dka_aHuN

Anyone that knows anything about BMN knows what an absolute shower they are & how they have decimated shareholder value & are unable to do anything within the timescales they give out.Naive to think MUST have been cunning behind Garnetts back as Garnett are heavily involved in the current play. Don't know who you are listening to Dontay but they are feeding you tosh.

Yep. If it comes off - the rewards have the potential to be massive - so-well worth waiting for! As a result of recent manoeuvres which have had to be kept well out of the public spotlight until they were strung together so they remained well away from provoking any further legal action from Garnet, making them long in the making -- MUST is (to all intents and purposes) now owned by BMN! That's fact. There are strong rumours that loads of work has been going on in the background to bring BMN's long term plans to fruition -- and a potential Cellcube (MUST) listing on the huge NASDAQ market would be a massive move -- IF -- those rumours prove to be accurate!South Africa Weighs Environmental Approval for 10 Gigawatts of Power..........Https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-05-19/s-africa-considers-environmental-approval-for-9-789-mw-of-power?cmpid=socialflow-twitter-climate&utm_campaign=socialflow-organic&utm_content=climate&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&leadSource=uverify%20wall"In China VRFBs already at 8.2% of total consumption in 2022 with Pangang stating that based on their forecasts "the market for VRFBs is going to be huge."I know that already -- but having the world's biggest producer of vanadium say it further supports that belief"Https://twitter.com/BigBiteNow/status/1660938092755206145?t=lfU7Mx2PlvUGssLVQp2IxA&s=35

Must stated in the RNS that they are doing a RTO of Cellcube and need to relist by end of July so nothing new there.

As to a simultaneous listing on Nasdaq? DG can't even get a prospectus out for the LSE even though he's been claiming its' been with them for best part of a year so can't see a hope in Hell of him getting a Nasdaq one away.

No, just same old, same old here & I have no confidence at all that DG is capable of getting it relisted. He is on £10k every month so he's in no rush.
