I think we're most likely looking at July/August based on a conversation I had with a director but it's very difficult to say, even for them due to so many variables. How long is a piece of string...

No, none of us do.. Someone suggested June; and I would hope that the backend of June or into July may be a possibility. But your guess is as good as anyone's!

"No wonder Enerox/Cellcube are recruiting".Enerox/Cellcube & Portliner - 'Floating ESS with Portliner' showing in the last quarter of 2021(Also shown is the Enerox/Cellcube Company Relaunch as mid 2021)Https://www.cellcube.com/about-usPortliner - "Every year we plan four of these ships"Https://www.nt.nl/binnenvaart/2020/06/17/vergroening-binnenvaart-kan-prima-met-flowbatterijen/ExcerptThe need for replacement does not apply to the flow battery, on which PortLiner is advised by the German Fraunhofer Institute, according to Van Meegen "the best supplier". "The flow battery also has a very good efficiency of 91%. And you only need the flow once, then you simply charge it every time. And that over and over again. You can also fully charge a flow battery, for 100%, and a lithium-ion battery cannot. Certainly not if you want to give it a longer lifespan."Van Meegen, together with 41 mainly Dutch suppliers, is currently building a demo vessel of 135 meters. That ship will be ready by mid-2020 and it is expected to be operational by the end of this year after a series of sea trials. In addition, Van Meegen is already building a series of flow inland vessels for charterers. According to him, this is also an answer to the future of inland shipping. "We deliver them complete with crew. Every year we plan four of these ships."The replacement market for engines for inland vessels is a huge growth market, according to Van Meegen. "Of the 7,200 Dutch inland vessels, at least 7,000 will have to replace their diesel engines if we want to meet the requirements of the Climate Agreement by 2050. Just stand on it. That is a huge job."Portliner abandoned the Lithium battery solutionIn 2018, Port-Liner announced it would roll-out up to 11 pure electric inland barges for the ports of Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Rotterdam. Each was planned to carry up to four 1680kWh Li-ion battery containers, implying a maximum 6720kWh system. A containerised battery design lended itself to a battery-swapping business model, helping with the issue of shore-side mega-watt charging. Unfortunately, the original (and ambitious) project was cancelled after 5 million euros of spending, but scaled-back plans for a flow-battery version are now in place. No wonder Enerox/Cellcube are recruiting.PortLiner & Zero Emission Logistics (ZEL) Mission & Vision explained in a 7 minutes video(See @ 3:20 mins with specific regards to VRFBs)Https://en.zelbv.com/missie-visiePortliner Anna Joulz the electrical contractor cabling the electrics inside the boat - Just needs the Enerox/CellCube Batteries installing...Https://youtu.be/j8VIWwyiIqI?t=339

From the RNS

'Shareholders should note the VRFB Transaction remains subject to certain
(additional) Shareholder and regulatory approval, and which the Board currently anticipates will take between four and five months to conclude. The Company will communicate with Shareholders at a later date in respect of such additional resolutions that they will be asked to vote on.'

So nothing anytime soon then, apart from the prospectus.

Further info on my post last week on FBE.Flow Batteries Europe (FBE) have now been established to represent flow battery stakeholders with the aim of shaping a long-term strategy for the flow battery sector to help accelerate decarbonisation in Europe.Monday, 03 May 2021Flow Batteries Europe (FBE) is an international not-for-profit association aimed at accelerating the decarbonisation in Europe and globally by increasing the deployment of energy storage and flexibility solutions through flow battery technology. The association was established by 16 flow battery stakeholders on 28th April. The main objectives of FBE are:To promote the advantages of flow battery technologies and support the European supply chain; To accelerate the development and deployment of the flow battery value chain and scale up the technology via EU legislation, funding and energy storage projects."I am looking forward to working with the Members to share with the European Institutions the benefits of flow batteries and how a strong flow battery industry can contribute to Europe's climate goals" said Kees van de Kerk, Managing Director at Volterion, who has been elected as the association's first president during its first Statutory General Assembly. The association has also welcomed three Vice-Presidents: Tobias Janoschka (JenaBatteries), Alexander Schönfeldt (CellCube) and Mr Paul Vollant (Largo Resources), and elected Guillaume Chazalet (Kemiwatt) as Treasurer."These individuals have enormous experience across all aspects of the flow battery industry, bringing their strengths to Flow Batteries Europe" added Kees van de Kerk.Anthony Price, the Secretary General of FBE, added that between 2010 and 2019, only 7 percent of the world's flow battery projects were installed in Europe, with much more R&D and commercial support taking place in North America and Asia and that forming FBE is a great opportunity to ensure that Europe takes full advantage of this exciting, safe and efficient battery energy storage technology.Flow Batteries Europe now has 16 members (5 research centres, 5 industry players, 5 start-ups and 1 association). The association is inviting all European industrial and institutional organisations interested in actively promoting flow battery technologies to join. The founding members are:Industry: CellCube; InEnergy; Largo Clean Energy; Voith; W.L.
