Delayed but print to show, chart looking ready to run north again with a little buy volume. £2.6M Mcap looks incredibly cheap for the potential value on offer should Enerox (cellcube) be the RTO co.

Bouncing today, be great to see a run back to recent highs c35p prior to further news. Enerox RTO likely to be worth multiples to little old Mustang. Acacia Resources link with BMN the key with the vision clearly on green energy moving forward.

Strange time to sell st, consolidation phase likely to come to an end fairly imminently, sitting on the bottom of the uptrend channel at present. BoD appointment news due. Looking to add further personally when funds allow, already holding 1% of the company.

It's Dean's baby, he's the one that put the company together. As stated, the BoD aren't taking any remuneration, his/their payday comes on the value of the RTO.Strategic investors are always in on the ground floor, that's just how it is. Have a look at Acacia Resources history with BMN, in from the start and that have multi bagged their investment. I'm hoping for the same here. Enerox looks the target and it could be huge.

But why do the others (Alex Broome etc) hardly own any shares? Or do they know they will be gifted some cheap ones as compensation later on ?

With the strategic investment at just 10p with options priced at 18p, this should surely not be much higher than 18p at this stage ?

SPACS are interesting when they have big amounts of cash (as in the US) but this one hardly has any, so there will be massive dilution should they ever do a reverse acquisition ...

It's key in Shells/SPAC's to have a BoD aligned with shareholders.If not highly incentivised by a meaningful holding then why will they push for the best possible deal?It's one of the big reasons I'm in MUST. No BoD remuneration until deal done & MD holds 15.85%

Yep, on the 2nd & 9th of Feb updates he is there with his 325000 then his RNS on the 11th down to 250000 then missing off the register of significant shareholders since until now popping up again at 325000 again without any TR1 of coming back up through the 3% threshold?

Anybodies guess what he is holding at the moment.

Sometimes the person responsible for updating the list on some company websites isn't always the most committed or even that bothered about the accuracy.

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he goes missing again at the next update.

Last notification on 11th Feb he had 250k so he's added 75k since then.

He's not new just got missed off the last website holdings update. He has always had 325000.He was one of the shareholders that had gone missing that I referred to in my post 3 weeks ago.I've said before that the attention to detail in the shareholders updates is a tad lacking.For example the current shares when added up on the shareholders list, including the free float, is 25000 more than in issue. I think they didn't reduce the free float declared to accommodate the additional 25000 RC picked up last week as you spotted.Be nice to see another leg up this week.

Richard Edwards appears to have popped up on the latest update of the register, I don't recall seeing a TR1 but it appears he's holding 3.16% of the company. Free float getting smaller... hopefully BoD appointment and update on target RTO (Enerox ?)soon.

That RNS is just the adjustment for the overall holding % from the 17th of March for RC.
