Just 10k left on the ask, huge premium wanted for anything more! Has the recent seller been exhausted? News to pick up now Acacia shares admitted IMO. Chart cooled off, looking good for another leg up soon.

Decent buying coming in early doors, nice close yesterday with the UT, looking like it wants to push north now. Consolidated well, Acacia shares issued, being on the news-flow.

Interesting RNS from BMN on Enerox today, not a huge amount given away but the reference to IES and their listing on AIM, then stating that Enerox are looking to follow the same script! Still all points to MUST IMO and the key link being Acacia. Our first investment of US$5 million in Invinity played a critical role in establishing Invinity out of the merger of Avalon and RedT, and allowed it to access follow-on funding from the equity capital markets, establishing a leading VRFB player. In addition, to a healthy return from Bushveld's US$5 million investment, the success of the investment in Invinity is evidenced by its AIM listing with a healthy >US$150 million market capitalisation and a well-funded programme to scale up its production capacity to support a solid pipeline of announced VRFB projects. Our investment in Enerox follows the same script of mobilising third-party financing to scale up manufacturing capacity and sales, while establishing a platform for collaboration in developing projects into which we will supply vanadium. The funding commitments of Enerox's shareholders are a strong vote of confidence in the potential and strategy of the company. We believe that this additional capital will place Enerox on the path to becoming a major player in the industry. It further cements VRFB technology in the rapidly growing stationary energy storage sector.

Don't worry I'm staying well clear. Just offering a different view, which I think is allowed. That's how markets work

If I recall Bushveld bought Enerox when it was bust. Not sure what exactly has happened since to create value. No way in my opinion will this hit 100p anytime soon ... the SPAC party has gone flat

Probably based on Enerox being one of the world's first and largest researchers, developers, manufacturers and distributors of vanadium redox flow batteries with15 years of research and development leading to over more than 130 VRFB installations worldwide. It's a very valuable company and why probably BMN had to form a consortium of investors to be able to complete its purchase. It should command a reasonable starting price if it becomes a public company. But ... DYOR!

Acacia bought in at 10p two weeks ago were granted 12 month option to buy more at 18p. So why on earth are the shares trading at such silly premium to option price/cash/NAV. Answer hype by traders looking to make a quick buck

.... winners of 1 and 2 should have read ... 2 and 3. For info the list below details the scope of the projects and the original timescales. Package 1 has been changed ( no info on how or why) but still same size. As stated new invites issued 23/3. It does of course remain to be seen if BE tendered for all 3 packages ... possible they only bid for package 1 which is huge, in which case of course we have to wait till the June winner announcement. In any event, (only my opinion) Enerox is being earholed for the mini-grid market segment which is going to be a huge market now the Gov's constraints and limitations have been removed. These Eskom contracts are currently making the headlines ... and for these BMN will more likely involved with a bigger consortium ... but it's the countless number of mini-grids where the real action is going to be in the coming months and years. It's for those that they're going to need an electrolyte plant and battery assembly factory. It's not just S.Africa ... there are also well over 50 countries right on BMN/BE's doorstep ... all ideally suited to local mini- grid installations similar to your video post. Hence that in- house project is being touted as their 'shop window' The EIAs for Eskom BESS Tender Sites Phase 1:Environmental Impact Assessments.(FBAR/Executive Summary Docs show the proposed Battery Site Layouts etc.) Phase 1Package 1 Skaapvlei 80MW/320MWh Https://www.eskom.co.za/OurCompany/SustainableDevelopment/EnvironmentalImpactAssessments/SkaapvleiSereBESS/Pages/default.aspxPackage 2 Melkhout 35MW/140MWh Https://www.eskom.co.za/OurCompany/SustainableDevelopment/EnvironmentalImpactAssessments/melkhoutbessbar/Pages/default.aspxPongola 40MW/160MWhHttps://www.eskom.co.za/OurCompany/SustainableDevelopment/EnvironmentalImpactAssessments/PongolaSstnBESS/Pages/default.aspxElandskop 8MW/32MWh Https://www.eskom.co.za/OurCompany/SustainableDevelopment/EnvironmentalImpactAssessments/ElandskopBESS/Pages/default.aspxPackage 3 Hex 20MW/100MWh Https://www.eskom.co.za/OurCompany/SustainableDevelopment/EnvironmentalImpactAssessments/HexBESS/Pages/default.aspxGraafwater 4.5MW/25MWhNo Link availablePaleisheuwel 10MW/40MWhHttps://www.eskom.co.za/OurCompany/SustainableDevelopment/EnvironmentalImpactAssessments/PaleisheuwelBESS/Pages/default.aspxWhen that little lot is settled there is Phase 2 is (640 MWh) still to come!

Now the SA Gov's Risk Mitigation Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (RMIPPPP) has been substantially settled ... Eskom should soon be announcing the winners of the BESS packages 1 and 2. It's been revealed that the Eskom package 1 has been reissued and new bid invites were sent out yesterday (23/3/21) they have to be submitted by May, winner announced June, contracts signed July 8th. Packages 2 & 3 combined are virtually equal in size to the huge package 1. It's doubtful BE wanted much to do with the Gov's emergency prog ... but these Eskom packages are the projects we know BE are in for big time, so fingers crossed we get something out of 1 & 2. If so, any proposed MUST/Arcacia/Enerox deal might also not be long about in the making!
