I don't think we're going to have to wait long for news...The master plan for Enerox should be unveiled soon being BE's VRFB manufacturer for the Africanbattery storage industry.Contracts are due to be awarded this month so should know lots more by the end of March.?

I understand the terms were agreed a while ago, before the share price climbed into the 20's so the discount was minimal at the time, with the excitement of SPAC's recently it just moved ahead pre news release.

MUST pick up where it left off. Just £3.5M Mcap... still off the radar.Erenox RTO (likely) due to links with Acacia Resources, BMN's largest shareholder, will be huge...Acacia's placing shares locked in for 6 months, new BoD member due, Acacia to trigger options at 18p.

Market cap £3m, Bushveld shareholder to become largest shareholder on Thursday, looking to acquire Green/Battery target. I reckon this will be a few pounds very shortly. 30p or £3m Market cap is nonsense for what's unfolding here.

Why sell when the Mcap is just £3.5M Mcap? The headroom is phenomenal. If the RTO of Erenox is correct we could see multiples from here. 50p should fall this week, happy to be patient and see how it unfolds.

Holding this level extremely well, MM's not getting fed with many sells and not really surprising with the Mcap still at £3.5M, I think we see this push on again very soon. Just to get to PNPL's Mcap which is also a green energy SPAC is a further 50% rise from this level.

I think 50p comes very quickly here after Friday's news and putting 2&2 together. Would only make it a £2.5M Mcap co even at that level.

I notice that the MUSTANG website has updated the shareholders list to include the 800000 Acacia bought from 2 other shareholders but hasn't removed the 2 sellers so the shareholdings of the top 15 shareholders now exceeds 100% of the stock available at 100.52% never mind any share held by anyone else.

I presume they could say they have not been notified by the sellers so cannot formally update the list until that happens but they must know who acacia bought them from?

Mind you, they haven't even updated the total share holdings to include the last Optiva share warrants take up that came onto the market on the 26th Feb.

'Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 8,610,000 Ordinary Shares' [RNS 19/02/2021]

I'd like them to apply a bit more attention to detail moving forward in this area.
