Message on the BMN board:Everything about Enerox, including the ownership chain, is shrouded in mystery. We're on a promise from FM that all will become clear soon!Today's MUST news will almost certainly be part of the grand masters plan for Enerox, which (we think) is almost certain to be installed as BE's VRFB manufacturer for the African storage energy industry, which (we hope) is about to be unleashed!Contracts are due to be awarded this month so should know lots more by the end of March.

This is the bit I like from todays RNS

The principal purposes of the Placing and the Strategic Investment will be for the Company and Acacia:

- To invest together in manufacturing assets involved in the energy transition process with a relative focus on the energy storage/battery value chain; and

- To invest in the development of renewable energy projects where there is scope to include stationary energy storage.

Hugh long term potential in this sector if they can find the right acquisition. Easy hold for me

They only need to hang around for 6 months then anything over 10p is easy money for them never mind if they get lucky and it moves higher then they can cash in their options as well.

Agree cheap placing and for not much cash really.And no meat with regarding exactly what they're looking into.I'll revisit this at a later date, but there's others which offer more excitement right now such as FPP and ANA.

So, a lumpy dilution with no specific project named or in sight. Horse trading going on in the background with existing shareholders & stock changing hands.

All getting a bit too messy for me.

If they had bought their shares on the open market it would have been a big vote of confidence but to get them cheap at 10p and also get options on the same amount again is a slap in the face to those that bought at face value.
