Buying continuing. Nice and steady. 400p first stop then 500p shortly after. Until this hits 1000p though it's just far too cheap. 1000p to be clear is an absolute minimum.

And ps I think 50 year heritage is pretty old. Everything is relative. Really suggest you look at the share prices of the other luxury players though. I think you will find almost all are hitting all time highs. Like I say. Until I started looking I had no idea Louis Vuitton was Europe's largest company, then you get prada, Hermes etc etc all 100 billion plus.

Big designer brands look for heritage, established name and deep brand value. That takes decades to develop and is very difficult to put a value on it. But look at LVMH. 330 billion mkt cap. Europe's largest company. Then think mulberry 200m. They would happily add that to the 'stable' and it would be peanuts. Burberry is pushing towards 10bn mkt cap. This sector is red hot. Do some research

historic value ??

1970 is not exactly historic imo !!

----

£150-300 for a wallet !
bloom'in 'eck !

& £1000-1400 for a lady's bag !
you could buy a decent used motorbike for that money !
which you could probably sell later on & get most of your money back !

Nice solid buying today. 400p gonna be back very soon imo then 500 this time. Stupidly cheap here for a brand with such deep and historic value. Only a matter of time before the buyers come calling. The new normal looks to be very profitable for luxury labels

I don't know the answer to that mate. Be interesting g go ass. If this remains our own private chat board or if some new faces arrive btw. I feel like this must start getting on a few more radars soon as it's utterly primed for a rather large move imo. Will add another 100 or so next week :)

Agreed greg - tell me, do you know if Mulberry use Pittards Leathers. I know that G P Davis FCA who is on the board of Pittards and is the Non- Executive Chairman of Mulberry Group plc but it does not follow that they purchase leather from Pittards but if they do then Mulberry must currently be a good client of PTD.

Both mms moving up. Stock very tight. Retail sales surging. This should be way over 500p

Retail sales surging based on new figures. Joining all the dots up here suggests things are going very well indeed. Roll on the July update.

Nice find clocktower. Could be an rns to provide an update on that as looks a big theme. Good to see sustainability box being ticked again strongly. They are well ahead of the curve in that area.

Dunelm trading update issued today. Trading incredibly strong since bricks and mortar reopened. Totally different sector but people are clearly shopping again and not taking holidays so I would imagine mulberry sales are as you suggest clocktower. Flying

A good start greg and unless your able to top up, I think you just have to relax and watch your investment grow slowly back to former highs and maybe beyond as business in the Far East accelerates beyond expectations of many.

Nice tick up at the end yesterday. This is primed to push back over 400p now imo. Cheap as chips and nice consolidation. Just look at Burberry's update. They are saying what you are implying clocktower. No discounting taking place as it's simply not needed.

I think we just will have to wait until the next RNS and pick up stock on any possible dip that might occur because of a forced seller.

You could buy 2000 shares at the full 340 at close on Friday then it was negotiated trade. I think once a few more small buys the pull back is over

This is great news. Burberry (BRBY) announced results and slipped back but very promising outlook and surging now. Close to all time high. Mulberry is crazy cheap at these levels.

At least Mulberry must be busy or they would have things on sale - none of that now though, which is a great sign. You just need to take a long term view with these, not for day traders normally. A few nick small profits on news each time but at least the trend is upwards all the time, and with them doing so well in the Far East and with the demand from the UK concessions rising since the shops re-opened, it must be nice in the workshops once again as the staff will feel positive as well.
