I'm not comparing them, I'm simply saying that BRBY and other luxury brands are coming in a bit better than expected.

MUL is 60% off it's high - the bad news is in the price imo.

Just breaking through the previous high on the chart.

CR, you cannot compare MUL and burberry, yes they sell luxury goods..


Mulbery's new range is no where near burberry's also the international diversification is not the same.

BRBY are very well entrenched into China and Euro exposure is less.


Crunch is though, BRBY are better in everyway and more diverse.

Perhaps the reason why 2 MUL directors bought £100k worth of shares each recently?

Profit below market expectation. I wouldn't buy on the back of that statement, and with rising cost of raw materials it will take a lot to offset gross margin pressure. Personally think these are fully valued anyway despite the company's international expansion.

Of all the luxury brands ( i trade the luxury brands ) MUL has a few problems.

the new range isn't great IMO.

but hey, that bowl does look tasty
