Yes Rob but surely if vat issue has been resolved then the placing shouldnr take this long you just go back tonthe placees tell
Them hmrc has confirmed no vat and call a GM

Different person answered the phone, guys if a company is going into admin and has no money why wouod it still employ people? They could have gone end of Oct! Any ideas?

Stock why would anyone make it up since it is suspended what difference would it make. Having said that best to take anyone's word with pinch of salt. Well we are not dead yet.

Called agaib just now not helpful one of the directors has gone out for lunch i asked if they are still trading he said yes all the employees are still here but nothing more than this

Vat resolved is not enough.. we need the acquisition to go ahead to get placing money or nobody will put more cash to fund a lifestyle company

I would just prefer an email to confirm that this mather with VAT liability should be resloved/ currently being worked on, Shareholder's are being left in limbo.
