They won't tell you anything good or bad because it would need to be conveyed to the whole market first irrespective of whether it is suspended or not. If they appear to be continually in meetings and busy this implies to me that discussions/conclusions are still ongoing/being finalised. Whilst any result from this is obviously possible, to me it would appear that something is still in the process of being worked out.......That's not a 5 minute job frustrating though it is.

Yes, very arrogant really, just leaving investors hanging with no update.You certainly hear from them when the begging bowl does its rounds though.

The company has keep silent which could mean anything! It would however be some what hopeful if they could relay something to the shareholders concerns. No reply to emails and phones calls, not sure how Amir has made contact.

It's in the last RNS. just not sure how long 'temporary' is in this case.

Yep also i believe they cant do it below 0.50p . If its admin you appoint an administrator and it shouldnt take long to rns, plus ff’s post a few days ago proves we dont have to pay vat, the deal should go through once the vat issue and placing are resolved but why so long? Surely if the previous placees are interested you jist ho back to them and call a gm again

Well done stock. While there is no garrentee this will be trading again there is this glimmer of hope that all.. just trying to keep the faith I just pray it returns.

Rns was very clear money needed in Oct its now almost Nov placing could take weeks still no rns so immstruggling to see why Amir thinks its coming back

Tony its not as simple as that! Vat issue resolved will not be enough, suspension wont br lifted on that as they have no money so the placing needs to go ahead and so does the acquisition because nobody will Want to put cash in a placing without it
