Its not coming back imo how can it??? Money needed in Oct its almost dec so its probably pre pack admin assets sold will pay debts and employees etc how can they get a placing done i just cant see it

If they are in the process of writing an RNS surely they must have come to some settlement/solution! Wether it's good or bad news no one knows I'm more inclined to think it's bad a miracle will need to happen....

Called again another guy!!! Third guy i spoke to .. all wmployees still thrre .. working on an rns it seemed to me as it will be out this week Amir might be right but him saying its all sorted is just a guess!! If it was going to admin employees would still be there in admin for a short period right? So jist coz they are still there doesnt mean it will come bsck pls can someone explsin the process

I have already reported to the FCA & other relevant authorities my serious concerns.
I suggest all others who agree with me here and suspect MALFEASANCE write to whomever they feel best to bring about an investigation.
I remain particularly interested in former director Mr Barry Moat and his involvement.

Why dont we stand together along witg the institutional investors and make sure these guys are imprisoned im willing to put money in if everyone is to take legal action it wont get our money back but it will make me feel better

The writing was on the wall...thats why i got out and took a loss.

Cg1953 - I got duped by this one too. Exited as soon as I saw the June statement but should have been out on a stop loss prior to that. I didn’t lose a packet but enough to dent this years performance. Multiple lessons learnt tho which is half the game, and I’m totally with you on the misleading management statements - they look criminal to me (restatement of past revenues was the final straw)

To me it all seems deliberate even the directors daughters buy to make it look like they have skin in the game their plan was to get this in admin so directors cam pick it up cheap i think this is clear
