Amir I understand you are trying to keep up the hope up here, and I also hope your are right but untill something comes from the company it just remains a worry for myself and other holders. Praying and hoping it does get resolved and returns to trading.

Guys you need to stop worrying i understand you all have got money locked and just guessing atm i also do have money from higher levels but trust me from what i have heard we will be getting good news shortly just a matter of time as they are just finalising afew things before coming back making sure its all bullet proof, VAT issue is sorted placing almost sorted, aquasition will go ahead, let the team do their thing they are working really hard and im sure you will be very happy once news drops just be patient.

mpm will have advised HMRC that time is of the essence. HMRC will not want to be responsible for the closure of a business and lost jobs if they do not have a cast iron case. For this reason I think we will get an update very soon..... one way or the other.

Dear Mr Smith

As a shareholder I am most concerned about the recent developments with regard to the potential VAT liability. I just wanted to email you to ask your opinion on a key point that may materially impact the potential liability.

Allay charge their customers 24% "inclusive of VAT where applicable".

Under the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018, they are prevented from charging more than 20% for PPI claims. The implication therefore is that they have added VAT at 20% to their professional charge of 20%,making a total of 24%. If this is not the case then they will have been overcharging their customers by 4%, and will open themselves to investigation.

So, from a VAT perspective, if mpm were to add VAT to their invoices to Allay, then Allay in turn would be able to reclaim this VAT as an input tax. The net effect to Customs and excise is £0.

Please will you raise this with the necessary authorities as it may help rescue the situation and the company.

tony spoke to the first guy again he said maybe hes in an external meeting and said he doesnt know the outcome but my issue is we need cash so if hmrc are not quick with a decision then its a serious problem imo

Called again spoke to someone else who seems like management he told me Tom is in a Meeting after the other guy said he’s not in. He was not giving much away he said its radio silence and you just have to hang tight. I asked so it’s not going to go under then even though i know he couldnt tell me this , just wanted to see his reaction he started laughing and said like i said no comment not sure what to make of it

Perhaps all investors here would be well advised at this sad stage to observe the dismal experience of major & experienced investors Robert Keith & John Drinkwater over the past 3 years.
This whole entity is a total shambles of misleading and untrue RNS, and quite possibly fraud if anyone can be bothered to investigate.
[Am guessing its just too small]
Quite where the truth of the entire story of MPM remains hard to see.
This company will never again see the light of day.
Like so many, I have lost a small fortune.

Amir you said last week that you spoke to someone within the company and that the vat issue has been resolved and placing talks ongoing yet we have not had an rns re: the vat issue, you posted this almost a week ago,can you tell us who you spoke to? Cheers

I was having a look at that toolmaker chap who pump and dumped this before it was suspended posting a lot of false rumours of big news.

You'd not believe he/she is doing exactly the same on their next ramp.

People like that should be struck off !
