We just have to keep the faith here what else can we do. Im assuming if there was some sort of word from HMRC regarding VAT liability then it would have been relayed to the market! So no news is just some sort of good news. But patience wearing thin as to why no update/answer!

Amir how can we relax without an rns? you keep saying vat issue resolved placing almost resolved yet no rns on vat? I. Called myself and they are not saying much so i really dont know who told you this, people have a lot of money invested here and we are concerned yes what will be will be but they should let us know

rob that means nothing, lots of company’s go into admin yet still trade for up to a year, anyway i think it could come back people need to read ff’s post a few days ago! Also hmrc will get nothing if it allows it to go into admin it will onlt cause people to lose their jobs etc do they care? Probably not who knows i guess if it was going into admin we wouod have got an rns a few days later

I have written to the 'appropriate authorities' regarding what I think are very worrying [to put it mildly] aspects about MPM and its recent history over the past few years or so, and since some prominent investors became involved.
Not least Robert Keith, John Drinkwater, & Barry Moat at the outset.
I know they ['the authorities'] have noted my concerns, but it maybe just too small to warrant a thorough investigation.
The totally misleading RNS over the past 3+ years, the share issues, the deal with Allay...........so much makes no sense whatsoever when taken all together.
Sad to say I don't think MPM will ever return to market, but Halloween is shortly upon us, so who knows.
I should add; am more than a few hundred K down on this one...............Mea Culpa
I used to call myself an experienced investor......that is until I had a bad habit of listening to stockbrokers...LOL

agreed rocket...but, i never laugh at other peoples expense. It just seemed so obvious that these people could not be trusted. I do hope that it comes back...but it seems very unlikely now. I will also add that too many people are driven by greed and hence get caught out by rampers like amir

They are still trading that is a fact .I think this will turn around as Amir has indicated .It would have folded days OK otherwise .

I have emailed the NOMAD today, but have not been able to find an email for HMRC VAT.

Does anyone have an email for VAT enquiries?

Regardless of what is being spouted on here, I tend to believe what Amir is saying, I just cannot see the logic in posters keeping up investors hopes for nothing! I just hope this gets trading again soon.
