Posted Sept. last year, plenty of time to have got out, and the begging bowl has now arrived, big time. "owenski - 15 Sep 2020 - 07:39:46 - 3539 of 3643 Net cash virtually mirrors OP, and they need to increase op-ex if they want to increase revenue, staring to look like the begging bowl might be released???? No wonder this is a bargepole."

My view is MOGP are going nowhere fast now...so heading in a new direction is encouraging.

It's like this bubble we are in. They are going around bombed out stocks who are selling their main business, raising huge amounts but with monster dilution then it gets flogged to the mug pi's at 3 times the price, the more they do the more money they make. I mean they never get offered to the normal pi's

Been warning about this bargepole from 2p. A few already ramping it on social media. Privably took part in placing and looking to sell at your expense for their few percent.

Looks like the next cash shell so do not write it off if the usual suspects have all took a stake it will get chased up. That's a lot of dilution though, I cannot even work out the price, is that around a third of the current price or a 30th of it ?

That dilution is horrendous

In my experience, you don't change name, have an oversubscribed placing and then go bust. There was no mention of entering administration. It sounds like a radical change of direction, cash shell status and a new business. Given that we are going nowhere as it is, then that is fresh hope for the future.

Take a look at what happened at Nakama in the same vein recently, 100% rise in the interim. The Directors have big skin in the business here

I suspect there will zero cash left in the shell and the businesses will be sold to management for diddly squat

Cash shells are in fashion. My much preferred route for this.
