My view is MOGP are going nowhere fast now...so heading in a new direction is encouraging.

It's like this bubble we are in.

They are going around bombed out stocks who are selling their main business, raising huge amounts but with monster dilution then it gets flogged to the mug pi's at 3 times the price, the more they do the more money they make.

I mean they never get offered to the normal pi's

Looks like the next cash shell so do not write it off if the usual suspects have all took a stake it will get chased up.

That's a lot of dilution though, I cannot even work out the price, is that around a third of the current price or a 30th of it ?

In my experience, you don't change name, have an oversubscribed placing and then go bust.

There was no mention of entering administration.

It sounds like a radical change of direction, cash shell status and a new business.

Given that we are going nowhere as it is, then that is fresh hope for the future.

Cash shells are in fashion. My much preferred route for this.
