If the Management did decide to take it Private I can see a price of 1p as a minimum looking at the prices which have been previously paid for stock. It's a profitable business and could well be absorbed into a larger player who would be able to cut the chaff.

There are some real idiots on a number of BBs posting absolute dross regarding Mountfield with no factual evidence to support their claims. Makes you wonder what their modus operandi is.

Over 900k shares bought yesterday. 10k available to buy online currently. Can sell up to 500k. Time for a bounce in share price

Historically smaller non RNS contracts have made up a large part of MOGP`s T/O.

That is one stupid comment!! If the answer was yes and there was an RNS to prove it then this would be 1.5p not 0.6p. They may be getting parts of contracts which are not worthy of an RNS. They may be getting smaller contracts which are more profitable. If everything was great then it wouldn't be languishing at 0.6 would it.

There are new data centres being built, but is MOGP getting any of the work?

Couldn't let a whole month go by without a post!

Can currently buy just 10k shares online and can sell up to 312.5k @ 0.435 and up to 500k @ 0.415p (comfortably inside market quote) so underlying demand for shares would appear to be outstripping supply.

NBI note today in their Trading Update - "Recent expansion in the demand for datacentres has been further accelerated by increased online working and shopping patterns in response to the pandemic." Hardly breaking news.

MOGP said in their recent Half-Year Report - "The Group's Executive Directors are continually monitoring the market to ensure that the Group will be in a position to react quickly to any changes and opportunities as they arise."

So come on then...

I bought the 500k and 400k today.

Early days but every bread and butter normal company that has been savaged by covid
could have a huge recovery and Mogp is obviously one that fits the bill.

Well that's my take on things.

That 750k I saw that, another victim of somebody not testing limits and splitting their trade, would have saved them £1000 easily.

"The Board believes that as regards future prospects, the changes resulting from the COVID-19 epidemic may be of a fundamental nature and that these changes are likely to have a long term and materially negative impact on the markets in which the Group companies operate."

They need to get those admin costs down if they want to survive.

As said before - Bargepole.

I dont see why this co can't be successful again.Depends on what contracts they can secure going forward.Very disappointing as were doing well pre covid

Having said that, it would be nice to see this company start giving us shareholders some heart and at least try to boost the price with RNS on contract wins. That is the least they can do.

I'm happy to give this co a chance post Covid.Generally a well run co so will sit tight and reassess next year.
