29/7/2020 13:25 | They are normally the first ones to shout about the contracts. I guess no contracts, hence no RNS. All this time, I guess cash balance becomes more critical. | ![]() likitorma
29/7/2020 13:02 | If you look back the co dont issue a lot of RNS's,usually at least a 2 month gap.So not surprising in the C19 climate to have had little contract news lately. You seem to want pick holes and find something negative all the time.Im wondering why. | ![]() susiebe
29/7/2020 11:50 | No contract news for ages either. Will they have sufficient cash to survive? | ![]() likitorma
29/7/2020 09:57 | They hope to have accounts out by early Aug.Its still July!I'm confident they will be out very soon.Def not struggling imo | ![]() susiebe
29/7/2020 09:32 | They must really be struggling, if they are still not able to issue the results, outlook and more importantly, going concern statement. They are a microcap, should not take long to finalise those numbers, even with Covid. Could get very tricky here. Too much dependency on a few clients. | ![]() likitorma
28/7/2020 20:22 | Only takes one contract win for sentiment to change. Having said that I was caught in a trade here and will use it to offset gains if needs be. Every cloud ..... | ![]() mikeh30
28/7/2020 08:16 | These exceptional circumstances seem to make the doomsayers happy, they give no weight to the determination and hard work of the company and its employees or the help from the government and the banks. Also it is not in the interests of the customer base to lose MOGP, who no doubt will also do their best to help ensure that MOGP come`s through these unprecedented times. | ![]() dan de lion
27/7/2020 16:06 | Not trying to protect shareholders. Don't care about them, although would feel sorry for any current shareholders if company were to go under. I will keep posting my opinions, whether you like it or not.Been calling this from 2p levels, where this was being ramped. | ![]() likitorma
27/7/2020 16:05 | Here, here. A typical advfn infestation | ![]() valuehustle
27/7/2020 15:58 | likitorma - it's really kind of you to protect us shareholders from ourselves by pointing how you perceive the company. You've done your job now, so presumably you can go and invest your money somewhere else? | ![]() alan@bj
27/7/2020 13:49 | In present climate it read ok,with more to feel positive about in later half of the year.I suppose the outlook depends on whether you hold or not! | ![]() susiebe
27/7/2020 13:45 | Particularly bad??really?Think I must've read a different t/u | ![]() susiebe
27/7/2020 13:43 | We haven't had finals since June 19 unless I've missed an RNS | ![]() susiebe
27/7/2020 12:57 | Read the finals, looks at the fixed costs and breakdown of revenue and you will see what I mean. Balance sheet is weak and now on its knees due to Covid. | ![]() likitorma
27/7/2020 12:40 | Or combination of both. I guess their reliance on a few clients is being exposed by the C19 crisis. Read the finals and you will see what I mean.We find out soon on next update. | ![]() likitorma
27/7/2020 12:40 | That recent TU was a particularly bad read. No surprises the share price has tanked. | ![]() owenski
27/7/2020 12:33 | Delay in company accounts to me sounds more C19 related than co specific | ![]() susiebe
27/7/2020 11:46 | This is what they said in t/s.Covid 19 relatedCOVID-19 has also impacted on the production the Group's 2019 accounts. Due to COVID-19 related difficulties affecting the Group's businesses and the audit process itself, the start of the audit had to be delayed. As a result of resource constraints during the period for both the Directors and the auditors during this difficult period and the additional complexities caused by having to perform work remotely, the Company will not be able to complete the annual audit prior to 30 June 2020. The London Stock Exchange and the Registrar of Companies have approved a delay to the publication and filing of the Company's audited annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 by three months to 30 September 2020 in line with measures introduced for companies affected by the current pandemic. | ![]() susiebe
27/7/2020 11:27 | Yes, Susiebe. Ask yourself why it is taking so long. OK, they may have been impacted by C19 but they are such a small company that it shouldn't take that long. I am guessing the fact that they are so reliant on a few clients is causing issues for the "going concern" statement. I also feel that they may have to raise money, if they are to survive. Shame that curent shareholders could be in for a rough time. | ![]() likitorma
27/7/2020 11:07 | The company state they hope to release accounts by early Aug.They actually have up to end of Sept as a 3 month delay was agreed by LSE. | ![]() susiebe
27/7/2020 10:34 | Game over soon? | ![]() likitorma
27/7/2020 10:18 | Still waiting for those numbers. Worrying that it is taking so long to report numbers for a microcap. Most of their turnover was reliant on a few clients. Worrying times for holders here. | ![]() likitorma
13/7/2020 10:14 | Still no numbers published, despite being such a minute company. Will next RNS be game over? | ![]() likitorma
30/6/2020 16:16 | Looks like this board has been infested | ![]() valuehustle
