12/8/2020 07:46 | They are private emails so I feel duty-bound not to share on a bb.In brief Peter Jay is upbeat but balances that with uncertainty due to current climate.Future contract news is price sensitive so not able to comment. No truth whatsoever in delisting and going private. | susiebe
12/8/2020 06:10 | Interesting. Can you share the e mail | a2584728
11/8/2020 20:12 | Ask him where are the contract news. No contract, no revenue. | likitorma
11/8/2020 15:45 | Email received today from Peter Jay,there is no truth whatsoever in your post. | susiebe
11/8/2020 14:46 | I think you will find that MOGP is not the only small firm struggling to get its accounts sorted out in the current climate, making uneducated guesses at what the situation is actually like, is no more than speculation. anyway MOGP had a lot of work coming in over the years that individually did not warrant an RNS. | dan de lion
11/8/2020 13:21 | Looks like shareholders could be wiped out. Not a great outcome for holders. | likitorma
11/8/2020 10:29 | De list and take private at some hideous share price or go bust | a2584728
11/8/2020 10:08 | Probably struggling with going concern statement. Not looking good at all, esp with lack of contracts. | likitorma
11/8/2020 07:05 | If no material difference why not just post them | a2584728
11/8/2020 06:48 | 'As a result of additional unexpected audit delays, the Directors now expect to release the Company's annual report and announce the date of the Company's AGM during the first two weeks of September 2020. The Directors do not expect there to be significant changes to the unaudited trading figures released on 29 June 2020 from the audit process.'Sounds par for course during this C19 climate. At least the company have announced the further delay .Their advisors who sign off the audits have experienced their own delays so of course impacts the company.Contract news will come imo | susiebe
11/8/2020 06:24 | Results delayed further and still no news of contracts. Going concern statement must be giving them a headache, esp that they are reliant on only a few clients for majority of income. | likitorma
10/8/2020 06:47 | Still no results or contract. Very worrying. | likitorma
06/8/2020 08:59 | Yes was told accounts being issued shortly. The advisors who are involved in signing off these accounts face their own problems due to current C19 climate so no wonder delays happening, not just here | susiebe
06/8/2020 06:58 | "The Company confirms that it now expects to release the Annual Report and audited accounts by early August together with the date of the AGM." | dan de lion
06/8/2020 06:44 | So, is that you who has been selling yesterday? If things were so upbeat, we would have an announcement with financials, contracts. Etc. Going concern statement will be very interesting. | likitorma
05/8/2020 16:35 | No.Email received on Mon from Peter Jay, and my mind put at rest.No price sensitive news, but upbeat tone despite C19.However much you'd like this co to fail, I think you'll be disappointed. | susiebe
05/8/2020 16:16 | Game over soon? | likitorma
05/8/2020 07:38 | Buy price still 0.77p despite all the selling! | dan de lion
30/7/2020 09:26 | Cheshire, the numbers will be up to Dec 2019, hence won't cover the C19 period. However, what I am keen to see is a trading update for first half of 2020 and their going concern statement. The issue is that they are relying on only a few clients for majority of turnover. Time will tell. | likitorma
30/7/2020 08:57 | No doubt and like many others reporting in these times the finals won't be a glowing report on how well they've stormed through covid,,,however any decent statement going forward will IMV see a good uptrend on the chart at these dire lows,,,,time will tell :-) | cheshire man
30/7/2020 06:50 | Another day, no numbers, no contracts. | likitorma
29/7/2020 16:51 | Now, you made me miss my Mama. | likitorma |
