26/6/2020 15:43 | I have a feeling that we could have a going concern issue here. | likitorma
26/6/2020 15:30 | thanks gleach. That's helpful to know. Would be encouraging to hear an update early next week. | gb904150
26/6/2020 14:57 | Wrote to the NOMAD about this and received the following response, which is helpful clarification. It implies we should be hearing something on Mon or Tues - "The Company has applied to Companies House as a precautionary extension however there are two different processes for AIM Companies as, separately, they need to apply to AIM regulation. The Companies House process is quite straightforward and is a prerequisite for an extension from AIM, so many companies are applying to Companies House even if it is not needed. The deadline for the Final accounts is 30 June and if an extension is sought and granted from AIM and needed by the Company, this will also be announced before the deadline." | gleach23
25/6/2020 08:33 | Thanks very much GB. Pity we have to find this out for ourselves rather than be informed by the company itself. As far as the share price is concerned, ample time for further drift then over the summer. | gleach23
25/6/2020 08:18 | I believe we can check here: In which case period end Dec 2019 and accounts to be filed end September 2020 suggests they have indeed used the 3 month extension. | gb904150
24/6/2020 23:08 | Picked up a few more today. Could someone please confirm my thinking in that AIM companies have to report audited annual accounts within 6 months of period end, that temporary Covid-related rules are in place which allow companies to apply for a 3 month extension but we don't know if MOGP have done so? TIA | gleach23
06/6/2020 15:30 | I think that due to the current covid situation they can be delayed! | dan de lion
06/6/2020 12:52 | II has finals on the 12th (DYOR) so lets see if they materialize and hopefully contain some news of more contracts. | cheshire man
05/6/2020 16:08 | I reckon that they must be back at work by now. That contract win with an immediate start must have been a job that some other firm was unable start. | dan de lion
04/6/2020 19:29 | I've been nibbling away @ the 1.16-1.18p region this week. The April trading statement was a bit downbeat but that was around the nadir of the virus outbreak to date in the UK so I'd expect commentary in upcoming results to be more upbeat. The recent contract win will have helped although we could do with a few more as contract news has been thin on the ground - that was the first contract win RNS in over a year! Not surprising the secured orderbook was reported as a lowly £5.6m in the TS. At least comments on the most recent RNS suggested activity levels were high in terms of tendering/enquiries at CAF. Market Cap £2.9m with a little net cash of £0.06m vs what we know will be Net Profit around £0.7m looks pretty good value. Expect Finals either next week or the week after - ought not to be any delay as they do relate to the year ended last December. | gleach23
02/6/2020 12:18 | Good to see the shares that were sold being bought up very quickly | susiebe
14/5/2020 09:22 | Since CAF's revenue was 3.9m for H1 2019 that's a neat 1.2m contribution to this year's H1 in the space of 6 weeks. Let's hope the margin is decent. | gleach23
14/5/2020 08:23 | I think as shareholders, we are going to need the figures to start to speak for themselves to generate a meaningful share price re-rate. The good thing is that we have a low market cap. so as soon as we start to put together substantial results then the value investing crowd gets involved and off we go. | molatovkid
14/5/2020 07:49 | A run of contracts now to come. We all know Mogp they come in groups. The seal is broken today | mikeh30
14/5/2020 07:45 | Great stuff. | jakleeds
14/5/2020 07:27 | This should kick start the share price hopefully....clearly business is going well with a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities | molatovkid
14/5/2020 07:13 | Yes, jolly good. When I saw the RNS flag, that was not the type of of announcement I was expecting. | shanklin
14/5/2020 07:06 | It's Alive!!!! | molatovkid
13/5/2020 13:44 | https://data-economy | mikeh30
05/5/2020 11:45 | With all the home working, data traffic and storage must be going thro` the roof, should bode well for MOGP contracts once construction really gets going again. | dan de lion
01/5/2020 13:09 | Hurrah...some blue! | gozo
29/4/2020 21:35 | oops thanks mike - now corrected :p | gleach23
29/4/2020 19:16 | Assuming all other trades today were buys (which I think they probably were) then we ended up with buys outweighing the 903k sell. Finished the day with a pleasing 160k UT @ 1p too :) | gleach23
29/4/2020 08:36 | Someone desperately wanted the cash? they would have got more if they had drip fed it over the next few weeks! | dan de lion |
