i Have been reading the notes made by Timbo at the June 16 AGM.

The plan is for Iclaprim to become the standard of care for a group of patients for whom Vancomycin is unsuitable.

This is a sizeable group with numbers around 600k in the US alone.

At the time of the meeting, Vancomycin was being charged out at $28k per treatment giving $16.8bn as a sizeable and yet reasonable target market.

Two successful P3 trials, a new drug application underway and marketing approval expected by the summer 2018, and the company still has a market cap below £100m!!

Only a matter of time before this really takes off IMO.

Worth noting that mtfb was up 12% on Friday on Nasdaq . Hopefully the fight back has started

A very strong buying pattern this morning with 76 trades during the 1st hour ( 60 minutes ) meaning more than 1 trade a minute, and hardly any sell.

It wasn't an attack timw3; I genuinely hope you aren't short in the market.Expressing a bear view - and one that doesn't really add up - would imply you are.AMP do need to raise cash and they do have 18m shares, but that doesn't mean there is a fire sale going on.MTFB has a bankable asset now. Sure, there are still regulatory hurdles to pass and the FDA may turn down the new NDA, but then again what are those risks: they have successfully undertaken two P3 trials that prove a benefit and the FDA have given the drug fast track review status because the drug is needed.The market is now open for AMP to find buyers for its shares. They have a lovely big block available and there will be plenty of funds queuing up to get an allocation. AMP will not be selling any of its shares through the open market as it doesn't need to. It is actually stupid for anyone to trade on that possibility.

A very good start of the day not only on the price rise after the ( strange price movement late yesterday ) but by the amount of buying early this morning

at the spreead 34.25 v 35p

DEPTH is 15 v 10, when yesterday was only level on the rise

He will feel the pain if he doesn't close, this will rerate like Imm. 60-70p this year.

3% of IG traders were short at the start of yesterday....by close of play 1% were still short.

This will be back at 40p before you know it and that will still be very cheap. Should see this trading north of £1.50 within 12 months.
