Do they understand this space well as Cempra and PRRK are exactly the type of peers MTFB seek to emulate the I would suggest they are specialists in this space and know exactly the risks and rewards.

Gbh2. Reasoned bear cases are fine. Describing a finance deal as death spiral is just factually incorrect as is stating that there is now a news blackout. Tim also continually said a placing was coming - just plain wrong. The positive story should win out here. The major risk of course is in the drug itself. We seem to be passing all milestones with flying colours. Now that clear finance is available to see us through to 2018 FDA approval this share is hugely de-risked.

Very pleased with debt financing: far better than issuing a ton of shares whilst the share price is so low.I am sure they plan to pay off the loan long before they start generating revenues.Either they will raise money from a licensing/distribution deal or a placing once the price is nearer £1.I will be buying more here. News or no news, this is a slam dunk good bankable share now.

SavvyI actually think he's right that there won't be much newsflow over next year HOWEVER our valuation is ridiculous and we WILL get approval and double and double again I have 500k shares and 500k warrants and am a further buyer on weakness I'm. V bullish here ..the sector is v weak but we are at crash valuations at mtfb!!

Well we all now can see what timw3 is. Both thick and a shorter!! There is absolutely no indication that there will be no news in coming weeks months. He is wilfully misreading the fact that the submission will be 1st quarter 2018. That does not mean there will be no news prior to that.
