Dodge city with that language you must be a yank.
I would prefer Monitise to go bust than let you lot steal yet another great British product.

Doubt it very much.Fiserv are buying the co because they see the potential in FinKit.Myvouchercodes alone is worth £70 million.

Next week will be THE week.General meeting was 24th august and they have to give shareholders 2 weeks notice. That brings us to thursday next week at the latest.Either they raise offer or walk away.IMHO anything will be better than the current 2.9p offer.GLA.

It should go way, way higher, to me its a huge anomaly, the mkt needs to give the right valuation to.

Lee Cameron the illegitimate Ceo should be charged with insider trading. He would automatically have been disqualified to be a director. The current bod must be fired and fired immediately

Monitise announces that today it resolved to agree to Fiserv's request and sought and obtained an order from the Court postponing the Court Meeting to a date to be fixed. Accordingly, the General Meeting, originally convened for a time to follow on from the Court Meeting, will be correspondingly postponed to follow the postponed Court Meeting.

Must be serious opposition for the non-fixture of another date !

does anybody know whether the final 2.89 trade yesterday designated UT was a genuine buy trade or just a mechanism? what exactly is UT and what is its purpose ?

I notice that both the previous trades were over the counter, at 2.875, one a buy and the other sell and the spread for both was 2.85 and 2.88

They should sell Monitise for the 70 m but keep muvouchercodes.get rid of the bod and install a bod who are interested in more than themselves,as has been said before it's nothing more than legalised theft.

7 trades in 6 hours. 5 times that after the US opened. Highest price for months. Possibly grasping at straws. Better volume but not massive in the scheme of things. Perhaps the market thinks the trading update will convince those doubting large shareholders that 2.9 is the best they'll get? Who knows??!!

Here is a clue...MyVoucherCodes.co.uk. Monitise paid £55m to buy Markco Media in July 2014 from its founder, Mark Pearson, a former assistant chef to Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's.Revenues have increased significantly somce then.Worth min £75 miilion

I'm interested to understand the basis for 2.9p being viewed as poor offer (other than it's lower than we all paid). This is a business that has never, and will never under current ownership, generate any cash?

"DYOR but anybody voting against this deal is going to end up regretting this decision. if it doesn't go through then I'd be surprised if some, or all of the BOD doesn't resign and who on earth, of any quality would then take this on?"

What, and lose those lovely salaries, that's the last thing these loosers will do - they will hang on to the bitter end - they won't get a job elsewhere in a hurry will they, will they ?

I would take the job on myself if nobody wants it !
