It appears Visa never left: "The number of securities held by Visa International Service Association has not changed since the previous Form 8.3 report dated March 18, 2015."

- could be the BOD are worried about the Resolution - if so, so they should be - vote no !

I'm sure I read in one of the offer documents that Monitise initially approached Fiserv with the view to Fiserv licensing FinKIT and potentially making an investment in Monitise. That being the case it appears Fiserv were so impressed with FinKIT that they decided to make an offer for the entire company. I note that Fiserv do not appear to be short of a few quid, we are talking about a company currently valued at $26 billion. I think there is every reason to be believe that were Fiserv's offer to be voted down that an improved offer will be tabled. Against.

Mike there is a 3 week bloody gap in those posts lol since then I have traded many many times. I now have 13 million as added just over 1m yesterday. My holding positions change daily. I have orders in the market right now so this total position may change by close of play today. Either way tempered to vote yes as I'm sure the BOD would screw shareholders if a no vote

- Dave why are you bothering to trade on such such a tiny percentage rise/fall (if you are lucky) when there are umpteen other ramping oportunities out there in the market ?

How about we meet up in London next week (monitise shareholders get together) and I will show positions and trading ideas and techniques etc. Also share some good software and platforms

- anybody tempted ? - bear in mind that this is the Walter Mitty trader extraordinaire who endlessly ramped moni, bringing in others to the share who should have known better and will do in the future - he would never turn up

I thought Mr Cameron was doing a good job, but got suspicious of him when I found out he was not updating the MONI website, to keep costs down.

I would not let him run a whelk stall, after this.

Stud exactly I added back a fair chuck due to the cavendish recommendation to not accept.I also agree a no vote is a half in share price as management have practically said we will be diluted. I did believe that Lee has done an excellent restructuring job and though now we have hit EVITDA profitability

ID - Your problem here has been you have endlessly talked your book on here and LSE - sometimes credibly and others as if your password has been stolen by a 8 year old.

FWIW I believe you regarding your current position - you got a bit hyped by KV3 on LSE that there would be a counter bidder and bought back in at the offer price of 2.9p.

Sadly holders here (myself included) have been done up like a kipper. There will be no counter offer and should the motion not be approved I do not see Fiserv upping the offer - although this cannot be ruled out.

So that's the gamble 2.9p or Fiserv walk away and the share price halves given what the BOD have said about the company in thee last TS (possibly also bull sh*t to secure the yes vote) or they up their offer.

Hardly an investment decision - we may as well be in Ladbrokes.

AIM - never ever again.

Moni must have spent over £250m in the past few years on acquisitions and that's not including Finkit. What happened to the value of these companies.....
