Have checked with Selftrade - they say they have not yet heard about a voting process or deadline. Latest they have is a Corporate Action Notification re Scheme of Arrangement. I don't suppose my p*ddling 10000 shares matter much, but on a point of principle I would like to be able to vote NO.

"poor execution" Mr Lukies, straight out of the Gordon Brown school of economics!

Good find MTB4, it's a steal for Fiserve, and in a market that's growing like Topsy, but looks like Google and Apple are going to own it!

Today in online Telegraph :-

Fintech group Revolut has raised $66m in a move that is believed to make the money transfer app worth close to $400m.
Revolut, which allows its users to hold funds in the same online account but in several different currencies, said it would use the funding to expand across Asia and North America and allow customers to buy cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. The company pitches itself as a service for tourists and workers with a “global lifestyle”, who often spend money in foreign currencies.

Users can transfer money between currencies at interbank rates and use its credit card without foreign exchange fees. It has signed up 700,000 customers across Europe since it was founded two years ago and said it was confident of repeating that further afield. Index Ventures, the high-profile venture capitalist, led the latest investment round, along with existing investors Ribbit Capital and Balderton Capital.

- wasn't moni supposed to be the leader in facilitating this area of the business ?

'Do not discount the BOD have agreed to deliver MONI to them via another even less favourable means - most likely a huge dilution placed with Fiserv to give them a substantial majority.'
- do we know this for sure
If Fiserve loses the vote can a no-confidence vote be organised along with disposal of or reverse into the Voucher business ?
- I am obviously not an expert at this sort of thing

MTB - It is a serious possibility and one I believe Fiserv will have considered.

What likely outcome? The market is starting to indicate they will walk away and simply wait. Why wait?

Do not discount the BOD have agreed to deliver MONI to them via another even less favourable means - most likely a huge dilution placed with Fiserv to give them a substantial majority.

Then offer the shareholders 0.5p a share and delist. Been done many times before and this time the BOD can say 'we did warn you when we offered 2.9p'

Could be ..... I'm quite happy to risk a few k to see either a better offer or some serious retribution for the atrocious board (all of whom should be summarily dismissed for performance failure).. or better still, both
