18/10/2018 08:22 | Always good news to hear of decent partnerships like this one but MWG need some big orders to bring much needed cash into the business. | norbert colon
18/10/2018 08:10 | Yep. Hopefully the arrival of Sunup will push things in the right direction regarding money making | pugg1ey
18/10/2018 08:06 | MWG has had more tie-ups than a bondage enthusiast. One day we may get the sales to match.... | argylerich
18/10/2018 07:49 | Wondering if MWG would get a piece of the South African Action. Lets hope it leads to some cash on the bottom line | pugg1ey

15/10/2018 16:15 | I wonder if we are missing something here, the Chinese are deepening the relationship ( leachates) and sounds like they will take any shares not subscribed for. Where are the uk investors for this size of company? Not seen anything from their broker to encourage investors but that's not a surprise and research elsewhere has been destroyed by mifid 2. | slicethepie
15/10/2018 14:43 | Just to let you all know that Modern Water will be exhibiting and presenting at our MelloLondon investor event in Chiswick W4 next month. MelloLondon is a two day event and starts on Monday 26th November which is the day that MWG will be attending. You can find out more here... There will be 60 quality companies exhibiting and presenting plus some very well known investors, entrepreneurs, fund managers and market commentators providing excellent keynote talks on a range of investment subjects. A number of investment workshops will be available each day and a ShareSoc MasterClass on the final day. | davidosh
11/10/2018 09:03 | I'm pretty happy with this now that I know Sunup are part of the deal. I like this line especially "Shangtuo Environmental Technology Co. Ltd. (trading as "Sunup") to subscribe for its entitlement and participate in the Excess Application facility." Clearly signifying that Sunup will take the excess. | pieball
09/10/2018 14:48 | doubt it .would be rather expensive to remove miniscule traces of all excreted drugs from very large volumes of water IMHO. | haroldthegreat
09/10/2018 12:57 | Telegraph article today highlights Prozac and other anti-depressants in wastewater causing limpets to lose their grip. I lost mine years ago ... but is this an opportunity for MWG to clean up? | dozey3
27/9/2018 08:18 | Bought a few more for 9.98p. Where there's much there's brass. Mmm, bin juice... | runthejoules
20/9/2018 12:05 | Happy to talk offline if you like via @vodkaquickstep (you can follow and DM me).Like a lot of companies there are things that could be said in reports etc but are perhaps a little commercially sensitive such as big cost recovery and repricing of the main works (price is 4 yrs old). They state they are now 'confident' going forward but like you I am back on the sidelines but remain supportive. | norbert colon
20/9/2018 11:59 | Thanks Norbert, I remember a reference to it before but could never find anything in writing, they've avoided it here again, just giving verbal nods. Reading that doc it only reminds us that the Gib contract is already 2 months behind, and I can't find any reference to planning permission being applied for yet. It could be the boost they need to get them back to the 11p level. | argylerich
20/9/2018 11:38 | Part of discussions with mgt at Mello Derby event earlier this year:https://modernw | norbert colon
20/9/2018 11:21 | Bit of a bounce, uptrend of higher lows not broken, happy to sit tight. | runthejoules
20/9/2018 09:04 | 7p coming. | ken chung
20/9/2018 08:33 | Norbert Colon20 Sep '18 - 08:08 - 2388 of 2391 0 1 0 Equally they are due to recover a large sum from the Gib Govt (recovery of bid costs for the WWTP/STP) Norbert, have you got a reference for that please? Was hoping for better but again, not enough sales. Not even a mention of a sales pipeline for the new company. They're going to need something to keep them above the proposed placing price. Glad I'm on the sidelines at the moment. | argylerich
20/9/2018 08:32 | Do think more contracts will follow soon if they want to get pis to invest | joeblogg2
20/9/2018 08:26 | Aaaand down. Wrong again! With the spread I don't think it's worth selling now but glad I kept this at punt levels. So crazy it could bounce. GLALTH. | runthejoules
20/9/2018 08:25 | Wow what a reaction? | joeblogg2
20/9/2018 08:11 | Up 1.13% atm. I suspect it will stay around 11p for a while if that's what the Chinese think it's worth until further news. Looks like Gibraltar isn't a deal breaker or maker any more which is good and hopefully the rampers are staying away. What's L2 look like? | runthejoules
20/9/2018 08:08 | Well observed. Equally they are due to recover a large sum from the Gib Govt (recovery of bid costs for the WWTP/STP) although as we know, the timing of anything to do with this new plant is hard to gauge despite positive noises from Mr Cortes. | norbert colon |
