someone who spends that much on a pretty illiquid stock is in for the long term imo

You do not think the unthinkable has happened here, the 1.7 mil who paid a 3p premium to buy yesterday has sold again. Not like the mm's to let people get so much size at the low of the day, normally it would be impossible to get a quote

One of the 100k purchases was me. Decided to join the party - there is obviously risk but after the recent RNSs I took comfort that MWG are seen as a serious option in their field and making tangible progress. I would hope there is further news in the short term on Gibraltar. It might prove to be a mistake but have been watching for a while and the Chinese JV peaked my interest.

I managed to get small amounts but the mm's are naturally not going to offer much at 10.5p or less unless more sell.

I cannot believe it's dropped this far back, this market is bonkers now, all pile in
all pile out nobody cares about the news

I think MWG attracts the thickest day traders when it releases an RNS

Ones should have sold lunchtime yesterday when I noticed it had been ramped up but I seem to have some deleterious aversion to making a fast buck. Hanging on to these now as still ahead & still a good entry point I feel.

and a lot of them failed miserably judging by the matched trades

Think those that wanted a fast buck are all out now.

There will still be sellers but should be easily matched with buyers while it stays under 12p

you can't buy online as my guess is CFEP has a buyer but are currently on the offer and don't want to push up the price. They'll switch to the bid when they have their target price...all imo of course

Cannot buy online at 12.25p, the mm's are happy to take it down so long as it's all selling but a few buys and they quickly shut up shop

I had to be patient but managed to get a few there near 12p. MM's were always going to scare a few out. Hopefully onwards and upwards now :)

That is always the risk in spikes, so many people now are trading and the moment they think it's not following thru they all bail out at any price.
Gives a much better price for anybody wishing to buy into the story. I suppose the moral of the story is if you are up 50% on anything then sell half or top slice and if it keeps rising great but if it falls back then you are happy you banked a profit.
