31/1/2018 11:05 | And yes, at the time WINS were offering 500k, though this is a fast market so the form is volatile. | bumpa33
31/1/2018 11:04 | Pugg - I have access to Bloomberg term, the RSP and mm’s directly. Price action yesterday - heavy offered all yesterday afternoon - and price action today leveling out this am, should give you a rough idea where the placing is priced. In fairness I don’t know whether this is a good company or not, but Beaufort and WHI use a similar modus operandi these days, and they represent an awful lot of real dogs on the AIM - aside of this, the balance sheet here tells you all you need to know, in the v short term anyway. | bumpa33
31/1/2018 10:34 | As I said, if want to get shafted, buy MWG, mugs buy the rises to the top, and then get poleaxed before disembarking! | bookbroker
31/1/2018 10:17 | Predictable movement. Biggest % riser yesterday, marked up next morning then the usual sell off as the get rich quick herd all queue up to get out. Thing is this moved up for the right reasons, a massive contract, just wondering if they need any more money to service it. But there should be another good trade in this one very soon | dave4545

31/1/2018 07:57 | I expect this to be back over £1 pretty sharply now we have the massive Gibralter contract and don't forget India: From 21/3/2016 ---- Joint commercialisation agreement with Advent Envirocare regarding brine concentration for wastewater treatment in India....for the joint development and commercialisation of Modern Water's proprietary all membrane brine concentration (AMBC) technology which will be applied to wastewater treatment plants across India. ....The integration of Modern Water's brine concentration technologies substantially reduces both the capital costs and, in particular, the operating costs necessary. ....the parties are jointly funding and deploying a pilot test plant at an operational wastewater treatment site in India and will complete testing by the end of 2016. ....the plant will demonstrate to the customer the full economic and process advantages of the technology, specifically, the significant reduction of waste water volume for subsequent brine crystalliser treatment at low operational cost compared to existing processes. Simon Humphrey, CEO, Modern Water, said: "....This project will clearly demonstrate the benefits of Modern Water's approach and will allow us to promote our brine concentration technology throughout the world." Soham Mehta, Managing Director, "....at a time when Advent Envirocare is executing some of the largest ZLD projects in India, the stage is set for this partnership to flourish." 15/3/2017 ---- Chairman's Statement " it was very pleasing to announce the award of a contract in February 2017 for the provision of our proprietary All Membrane Brine Concentration (AMBC) technology. Our innovative AMBC technology will be used to treat wastewater produced by an India-based customer involved in the textiles industry. The project will be executed in partnership with Advent Envirocare Technology during the course of 2017. Once commissioned, this plant will provide us with a fantastic shop window for our technology and will provide us with a springboard into other markets and geographies." All Membrane Brine Concentrator (AMBC) "In March 2016 Modern Water signed a joint development and commercialisation agreement with Advent Envirocare Technology, based in India. Following successful piloting of the technology in December 2016, the first commercial order was secured rapidly. In early February 2017 an agreement was reached to deploy our technology in a textile dye facility. A second AMBC trial in a different industrial sector is scheduled to commence in India later this year." | tell sid
