Thought they would have been out as well. It looks like they were interested in just selling down the shares they took from Thornbeam a couple of years ago. Not even that many sold since the final results update - they held 7,306,219 so only sold 254k between then and now. I would suggest it is good news if they havent sold during the recent surge.

No position here now but did notice they’ve updated significant shareholders on their website. We all thought Vidacos would be out but still showing 6.6% holding (they sold another 250k shares since September)

Bad news if holding is still to be sold but you’d have thought if they wanted to they could have sold into the recent spike.

the drip drip of impatience, but I see the director buy at 9.5p as the floor here.

Obviously could go lower if the deal is called off and there are associated costs to absorb, but that's quite a chunk he put up for him not to think it, or other good things are about to happen

"as well as any other time that the company was in possession of unpublished price sensitive information."I read it as any time they have price sensitive info that hasn't been published they can't buy anything - not so much a 30-day window. So at the time the director bought the shares, they were not in possession of any price sensitive info. However, once the purchase is made all bets are off and any info can come in at any time.
