At least that's 1.8m shares that wont be hitting the market now, and a big vote of confidence in whatever is coming with Super Apps/TETE

Edit. Plus it makes us aware of his wife's holdings that previously did not need to be declared. All in all a huge reduction in the potential available shares (c.10% of what might have been thought available) if anyone wants to acquire a large holding

I am guessing it means the director negotiated a transfer of shares from another holder(s)/(institution?) at an agreed price rather than buying them up in the open market - in which case he likely wouldn't have been able to get that size order away (and certainly not at below 10p!).
