I am guessing it means the director negotiated a transfer of shares from another holder(s)/(institution?) at an agreed price rather than buying them up in the open market - in which case he likely wouldn't have been able to get that size order away (and certainly not at below 10p!).

Does not the co have to put out an RNS to the effect that it knows of no reason for the share price gain or give a reason; or maybe that requirement has gone?

strange though as with that amount of published buys to sells the share price should be much higher, unless there is a buy/sell order being worked in the background

Had some comms back from TETE thismorning regarding the timeline.Looking at the capital SEC filings I couldn'tget my head around the DEFA14A, as it justappeared to be a duplication of the previous8-K filing.I got this back -The Form 8-K was filed under Rule 14a-12.as required by the applicable rules, so it alsoappears as a DEFA14A. We haven't filed theproxy statement yet. The date of the EGMwill not be known until we have filed theproxy statement and gone through multiplerounds of SEC review. So it looks like the timeline for the closing of the deal will run into 2023. Once they file the proxy statement there will be a shareholder meeting within 30 days and then most SPAC deals close within 3 to 5 months of that. To be fair, TETE press releases did state that closing is expected in H1 2023

I have a buy order in for 10p to top up a bit more. Got some earlier in the week at 10.85 and 12 as well. If it keeps dropping, I will keep buying.

It’s one of those which does drift without news.
We know news won’t be far away but likely to be a few weeks.
Those with small positions may be trying to time this.

It's a rollover, hence the little discrepancy in the price.
