Let's consider downsides of the director purchase. As much as I was happy to see it, it puts more of the firm with the insiders. They have shown with the pending deal they don't need to be raise capital through issuing shares when they can just sell 60% of a very small subsidiary. So what's the risk of delisting here?

My preference and hope, is that the initial deal goes well, and then it all gets tidied up later by buying MBO in full.

And all it means is no "known" developments. Anything could pop up in regards to things they have in place.

Does that apply in the case of off book transactions or only in market buys?

All the gains from the director share purchase RNS quickly reversed. Whilst director buys are a good sign, it usually means that no material news is in the offering for a set period of time.

Re reading the accounts I realise I'd missed that Azlinda Ezrina binti Ariffin was a non exec director of the company, and not just a director of the UK subsidiary. Her resume is very impressive.

Turns out she has been since April 2021 and since June 2022 has been on the audit, remuneration and nomination committees

Agreed Mattjos. The last director buy was at 2.5p, many many years ago. This shows we're dealing with a different company and different prospects now.

A diminishing free float and an exponential growth story. It makes for some fun ahead if anyone wants to build a stake from the few remaining shares that are left here
