Agree with you about the prospects for the share price on any meaningful news, but I think that interactive investor holding is the sum of all the PIs who have shares with them, rather than being themselves a significant shareholder. Either way still a very small amount available. With 675,000 shares, i'm c. 2% of the remaining just myself.

I would be surprised to see it delist, he has had over 50% for the past 9 years. --With the recent purchase from Derrick, the number of shares held by significant shareholders is over 72%.So, once news comes, we only have 29m shares to play with - this is what will drive the sharp increase when demand massively outstrips supply. There is a history with this stock to move fast and high, previously with little/no news. Bring some significant news into the mix and it's going to be a sight to behold! Dato' Hussian @ Rizal bin A. Why be listed? Access to liquidity for future, access to capital for growth for future, access to London in general with future in mind. Seems to me like they've big plans to grow this business on several fronts.. considering FCA direction.. Within a couple years they could have 3 or more successful revenue generating divisions. We can see the levels the current one does, and has done.

Thanks Candlestick. Do you think that changes anything? it would no longer be technically majority control, but then it's hard to imagine other insiders aren't going to go along with whatever he wants. Or that there arent other minority shareholders that would.

My single biggest concern here is delisting. Why be listed? But for now, i do think it helps the UK FCA application.

I don’t have access to details right now, but just wondering, if he did exercise those 2m options, at c. 2% of the current shares, would that take the CEO below 50%?

I was doing some analysis of the shareholdings and wondered about those options too.

They’re essentially risk and cost free exposure, until the end of 2024 I think.

You’d only exercise if you intended to sell. So not exercising AND buying more is very positive

Why would Derrick choose to buy1.8m shares at 9.45p, rather thanexercise his options? He has 2 million options priced at 2.5p. I can only imagine he didn't want tosee the drip, drip, drip of that amountof sells into the market and becausehe can see a great return from thisprice - he can also then exercise theoptions at a later date as well. His wife has had her shares since Sept2013. For him to essentially doubletheir holding now is such a positivesign; he will have had so manyopportunities to increase theirholdings at much lower prices in thepast.23:56
