28/6/2022 23:04 | Thanking you kind sir ROhypni | tommyknockers1
27/6/2022 19:25 | Well. He was going to say that wasnt he. That is just funny. Is he going to say they are unhappy with what they are doing. Where is the RNS giving proper figures? | purchaseatthetop
27/6/2022 19:20 | Copied from LSE - City (TR1 holder) contact with the BoD"Conversation with MEI have had a long conversation with Mark Epstein this morning as it is clear that people are feeling both frustrated and nervous, obviously he cannot give me any specific details but he was able to confirm the following.1. The next revenue figures will be at the Yr end as previously confirmed by NB - he said even the NOMAD would likely insist they did this to level things up.2. They will be looking to get further news out soon on any number of things.3. The BOD are extremely pleased with how things are progressing.4. He is very much looking forward to updating the market soon. Most importantly for me he said " there has never been a bigger disconnect between the share price and where the company is now in terms of cash in bank, revenue and what the company is working on "Whilst of course there are no figures quoted I very much doubt he would come out with those quotes only for them to be found untrue in the near future. As Steady Aim said a week or so ago -the silence can signal big things happening in the background and resources being targeted to pull these big deals off.I am sure all will become clear soon and I am happy to wait.GLACTID." | dougy1
27/6/2022 14:31 | And what do you mean that's not true regarding debts compared to the others. Can you read a balance sheet? https://twitter.com/ | dougy1
27/6/2022 14:30 | You've hot no idea what you're talking about. You sound just like Alderbaran on LSE. Last year was last year. This year is now. I give it 3 months before you've either completely changed your tact or you've hidden under a wee rock. I know this industry, I know our current trajectory and I know how fundamentally undervalued we are with what's going on. PIs only looking at current revs and not the bigger strategic picture.Silence is a gift here because there's one thing this BoD doesn't do and that's stop working. JIO was just the start and I fully expect other similar contracts or contracts withh sports clubs wanting to use our NFT capabilities to come over the line soon. There's simply no other explanation for our focus on branding, on NFTs on Fanzine, on creating our own blockchain tech and on developing our own NFT platforms. You're a fool if you base current Mcap on last year's 400K sales. We'll be doing that in a month soon IMO | dougy1
27/6/2022 13:54 | Revenue dropped almost 40% last year. Valued at 25x sales the balance sheet is light of assets you talk about debt levels being 30x less then gfin or bids or guild but that's not true is it . There is a helluva lot baked into the market cap already a helluva lot so mos in a position where it NEEDS to deliver whereas some of the others u mention already have been battered by the market so r more attractive way more attractive look at bids today having a stormer what are MOS doing oh yes a new low. Says it all | r0hini
27/6/2022 13:35 | I'd rather hold 4D than this. | david gruen
27/6/2022 12:23 | Have you no shame? | hazelst
27/6/2022 12:04 | You've gone quiet R0hini? I was expecting some form of educated response? | dougy1
27/6/2022 11:43 | Dubois. I like you so much I think I will stay. Great to know that you have evidence of why my suggestions that PI money has been pocketed legally by insiders is all tickettyboo. Enjoy knowing more than everybody else. I will stick to analysing RNSs. | purchaseatthetop
27/6/2022 11:39 | You have been caught out and it's time for you to shut up.No more replies from me. I am more than happy thank you.Take your idiotic rubbish elsewhere | dubois
27/6/2022 11:05 | Funny. Your outrage at legitimate questions is rather faux. Now get off your high horse and post it. Otherwise you are just noise. | purchaseatthetop
27/6/2022 09:05 | Right, I have put purchaseatthetop's accusations to the board and have already received a reply.Whilst nothing they have said is not in public hands, I am not prepared to divulge their reply. Simply to say, I am 100% comfortable with what they have done and why they have done it.Some of what Purchaseatthetop is saying is also inaccurate.Purchasea | dubois
26/6/2022 18:25 | The guy - who I filtered a while back - is just one of a number of investors who post constantly on shares they don’t hold and rarely on shares they actually hold. I have concluded they are either Advfn employees paid to generate traffic or sad individuals addicted to their smart phones (which many of us are guilty of) who simply can’t stop posting... perhaps a way to avoid the other half | knigel
26/6/2022 18:12 | PATT, how many other shares that you don't own do you rant on, and on, and on about ? Seriously, there must be hundreds of dodgy AIM stocks that you could get all pointlessly excited about. I think you've more than made your point. Everyone knows what you think. They are in no doubt. Perhaps you should leave this now and just pop back for a well earned gloat if and when you turn out to be right.... | dexdringle
26/6/2022 18:11 | If you're so bothered. Get some balls and ask the Bod.We don't need you drivelling on about day after day after day.Grow up, get some balls and ask them once and for all. | dubois
26/6/2022 16:51 | Dubois. I am not a shareholder. It does not bother me. Why did MOS divert £1.5m to insiders who owned Krunchdata which had a net asset value per the last accounts of £504? Why did Tim Scoffham get £250k for his Livescores income rights which simply reduce Quanta ability to repay the £500k loaned to them by MOS? Why are you so angry why I ask these questions. What is the point of you? These are all valid questions. | purchaseatthetop
26/6/2022 16:46 | If you think the bod have been diverting money to their own pockets, why haven't you got the balls to ask them yourself as to why they are doing it?Put up or shut up | dubois
26/6/2022 13:48 | As will I if I am wrong. I will apologise if that is the case. But I am VERY cynical and distrusting when insiders have been diverting PI money to their pockets! | purchaseatthetop
26/6/2022 13:12 | We'll likely know soon enough as to the true value when we get the rev update and EoYI'm still confident that we might get a renewal given that they were looking to do a joint event involving Battleriff which was announced but we haven't heard anything yet. Again, I'm optimistic here otherwise I wouldn't be invested but I'm tending towards an IGS extension or renewal and it'll involve Battleriff. Will accept if I'm wrong | dougy1
26/6/2022 13:00 | Dougy1. I am just not sure about IGS ab. If you look at their website it is a cheap one pager. Does not suggest great enterprise. They are a tiny company. On their website under people it said that Jody Frost was key during IGS acquisition of Enabledware Ltd. Actually, IGS do not own Enabledware. It was acquired by IGS Consulting Ltd which is 100% owned by Robert Tomatsu. This has only recently been incorporated and does video production activities. So, basically, I wonder whether there is really any meat on this bone. MOS always trumpet gross revenue figures “across all channels” but never actual contribution. Unlike others I look at RNSs and try to pick them to pieces and if I cannot then they are robust. I really think this $720k is maybe a fifth of that in reality. Of course you will disagree and that is fine but at least you can see my reasons. | purchaseatthetop
26/6/2022 12:21 | Agreed. ME did state in a presentation that the startup costs were minimal (no idea what figure that actually is).I doubt we'll get that level of information as it may be considered commercially sensitive (same reason we're not hearing the rate for CPI/V with JIO).The fact that the revenue will be paid to MOS by IGS and then a portion of that revenue paid back to IGS makes me think that its part of the startup cost agreement as well as thinking it can't be very much. I have nothing solid to base it on but I'd be surprised if we recieve any less than $500K OF THE $720K value after IGS have been paid back and the start up costs have been taken into consideration. This is probably my biggest "finger in the air" element as there's really jot much to go on. I'm just basing on presentations, the industry as a whole and other similar rev sharing agreements for one off contracts I've seen in the past. I may be wildly out. | dougy1 |
