I looked at 4D and decided not to buy, despite my love of Pharma, because Oxford Finance LLP we’re BB- credit rated on their $400m 6.375% credit line. Just above junk. It seems most others did not check all the details. That is what I do. If their lenders pressurise them, the pressure goes to their debtors. I know what I see.

You see massive growth. I see nothing except sound bites. But we will see won’t we.

PATT, out of curiosity, what makes you think the £500K to quanta was effectively a gift? The loan term was to repay by Dec past and though it may not have been paid, there has been no indication or announcement that it has been written off, nor is there any hint of it being part of the livescores deal. Until I hear otherwise, I understand it to be still in play.Whether or not it is written off in the future, paid in full with interest or is used as part of a negotiation to purchase Quanta, I have no idea but it does seem naive to assume its been written off as a gift

Screw you dubois. I have not posted for three days. Have you any defence for the 15/3/22 RNS stating “further details of the joint venture will be announced shortly”.

It is now over three months and that £250k was invested with no strings. Otherwise they would have been stated. Very similar to the £500k given, yes given, to Quantas Media Holdings Ltd, a company that was dormant 16 days before, with a conversion rate equalling 4% of its shares.

Investors here need to know these details. So naff off.

Lovely RNS today. Big market, quickly growing and from what I can see the app/game we have developed and taken over is about as popular as they come. Compound annual growth rate of 32% for the industry in India alone.We get paid per impression which is great (obviously not expecting to hear how much per impression due to commercial sensitivity)An excellent foot in the door in India and the first of a number of announcements I suspect to be coming. We're still waiting on news of the IGS contract and whether or not they may renew or extend,We're still waiting on Gfin if Clark pulls his finger outWe're still waiting on details of the Huawei deal which I suspect may work the same way as this JIO dealWe're still awaiting revenue updates whci if I'm being realistic, I expect to be between $170-$190 per monthWe've got Fanzine Ltd on board with exclusivity We've got Battleriff with IGS to hear about (this may be the start of a contract renewal)The list goes on

Until very recently, that list was consistently changing and being updated. I normally only post my positive views when you start posting your negatives. You'll notice the majority of times I mention them are in response to you. I eould also say a lot of my posts are commentary on what expect and when, this could be as a result of an RNS, my buying shares, someone else buying shares, an updated TR1, a remark on the Gfin BODs current loose grip on their company (I still expect to hear Clark is on his way out in the next couple of months) etc.

Dougy1. This is an internet board. Do you want friends here? I make it clear when I say a share is too high why I think it is too high. That is what these boards are for. Packs of paid defenders defend ramped shares. That is not you but certainly is a lot of the trolls who follow me. But that does not bother me. I simply post what I think.

You've made your opinions perfectly clear on multiple occasions PATT. I'm actually quite astonished at this false white-knight syndrome you seem to suffer from because nobody here needs your rescuing. As discussed, if you're a trader and therfore view a few weeks as a long term hold then maybe you need to go back to investment school. Short term volatility over a few weeks isn't anything to worry about. Just like AGL. I've sold there for now, triggered a stop-loss at 1.35 but I'll be back.If you actually read the RNSs you claim to be all to familiar with you'd see that Gfin is a far smaller name with far smaller capacity than our agreements in discussion with Huawei, Vodafone, IGS, JIO etc. And that also doesn't include the major clubs for which we have exclusivity under Fanzine Ltd. I know you're too obtuse to work it out but all of this is going to add significant value over the coming year or so. Question for you though PATT. What's going to happen if you're wrong here and we're right? Will you throw your hands up? Does that mean we can assume you won't follow us around on other shares that you're not invested in just trying to slate us for investing in something that you wouldn't? I mean, you've clearly got a lot of people on multiple share boards who don't like you but then again, I think you get a kick out of making enemies.
