We have no problem with what you have said. The problem I have is with you. You constantly role out the same thing over and over and over again, yet do not have the balls to ask the bod the same question.Either do something about it or shut the fxxk up, simples

And good luck with yours. Genuinely. This is simply different interpretations and that is healthy.

I have no issues with negative views... I've evidenced this on Twitter, LSE and Telegram where I openly accept criticism and agree with some of it regarding the way the placing was handled for example. We'll see what happens in the long term. Best of luck with your investments

Dougy1. If you can satisfy yourself that my conclusions are false then you have challenged my postings and your investment case is stronger. I am amazed that holders do not welcome adverse opinion as long as it is evidence based. If I am invested in a share I do not want to hear endless positive views. I want to hear negative ones to make me think.

Dubois needs to grow up. Why should I email the CEO when I have an RNS?

I get that but surely on that basis its premature to say that we've effectively given the money away? We've had no RNS stating anything along those lines since the first note of the loan.I still fully expect either to have the loan repaid in due course, the loan to be converted to shares, the loan to be written off or some other play. In any instance, I fully expect that we would have to have been informed by RNS.As you say, I may be wrong and it may already have been just swept away but I doubt it.

Dougy1. There is no “told you so” until it happens. With Quantas I am simply quoting the RNSs and really only they count. Added to data at Companies House that are independent it adds up in my mind to my conclusions. But we will see. I am fully aware I might be wrong but so might you.

Dubois. What part of my evidence is rubbish? It is simply based on the RNSs. Off you go….tell me why I am wrong.

I don't think it is so I've not asked that question. Maybe you should if you're convinced it is. For a man who apparently prides himself on evidence and accumen, it's genuinely surprising you've not tired to message the BoD yourself and because surely if you were correct, you'd be able to post it here and you'd have the biggest "I told you so" on record???Or maybe it's because you're just trolling, you've got a vendetta against the company, you enjoy gaining reactions from PIs and you like the sound of your own voice?Sounds like it to me

Whatever. Do you have an answer from the CEO as to why PI money is being diverted.

100% agree with you there Dubois. I emailed Nigel this afternoon and had a response by 7pm. Only spoken to him 2 or 3 rimes before but he's by far and away (so is ME) the best person I have encountered for prompt shareholder responses.

PurchaseIf you're so clever (which obviously you are not), why don't you display on here the response you have received from the BOD.I presume you are not stupid enough to continually sprout your drivel on here without first getting a response from them. They are very good and always reply to emails. Provided you are not rude to them of course.

I looked at 4D and decided not to buy, despite my love of Pharma, because Oxford Finance LLP we’re BB- credit rated on their $400m 6.375% credit line. Just above junk. It seems most others did not check all the details. That is what I do. If their lenders pressurise them, the pressure goes to their debtors. I know what I see.

You see massive growth. I see nothing except sound bites. But we will see won’t we.

PATT, out of curiosity, what makes you think the £500K to quanta was effectively a gift? The loan term was to repay by Dec past and though it may not have been paid, there has been no indication or announcement that it has been written off, nor is there any hint of it being part of the livescores deal. Until I hear otherwise, I understand it to be still in play.Whether or not it is written off in the future, paid in full with interest or is used as part of a negotiation to purchase Quanta, I have no idea but it does seem naive to assume its been written off as a gift

Screw you dubois. I have not posted for three days. Have you any defence for the 15/3/22 RNS stating “further details of the joint venture will be announced shortly”.

It is now over three months and that £250k was invested with no strings. Otherwise they would have been stated. Very similar to the £500k given, yes given, to Quantas Media Holdings Ltd, a company that was dormant 16 days before, with a conversion rate equalling 4% of its shares.

Investors here need to know these details. So naff off.

That £250k invested in GFIN for a JV to be announced shortly is now worth £174k.
