04/7/2022 12:42 | At last a very decent contract. | zico01
04/7/2022 12:30 | The RNS says that MOS are required to make an initial cash payment to Puma that is well covered by the existing cash of £1.8m. It does not say how much. Clearly that is an awful deal. NFTs are a dead industry down 95% in the last year. A cue for another placing maybe? Just my view. | purchaseatthetop
04/7/2022 12:27 | idot, ignore | dubois
04/7/2022 12:23 | Have you ever seen such an awful deal. Paying up front for it. | purchaseatthetop
01/7/2022 11:45 | The vast majority consensus I'm seeing when I'm talking to others is that it means we've done what we were targeted with and therefore the full $720K is made payable to MOS, of which there are modest startup costs (as yet unconfirmed but NOMAD wouldn't let us mislead) and a potion of which will be transferred to IGS (again, no confirmation yet bit ai don't see it being in their favour as they'll make money from other aspects of the tournaments etc. | dougy1
01/7/2022 10:54 | Dougy1. That’s the point. Everybody assumes it means $720k revenue hit, that might not be the target. | purchaseatthetop
01/7/2022 09:43 | Target in this instance likely refers to everything from CPI to products bought, to audience reach to new viewers. No company runs off of 1 target KPI | dougy1
01/7/2022 09:17 | Dougy1. Then why does it refer to targets not target? And it should give a clear indication of what contribution it makes. Lack of that devalued everything. Just my view. | purchaseatthetop
01/7/2022 09:14 | PATT, hitting revenue targets is very clearly referring to the work involved in getting $720K from the first 6 months. I think your overlooking for negatives in that part. As for the split, I don't think the NOMAD would have allowed the company to release an RNS potentially misleading investors if it was as high as a 90/10 split but I'm speculating there. I'm sure revenue updates in 3 and 6 months time will determine approx how much is being added by this contract. I'd be surprised if it's about 30-40% | dougy1
01/7/2022 06:34 | The problem is, and shown by the “meh” from the market, there is no transparency over the contract and might just as easily be 90/10 in favour of IGS. Plus the RNS does not say it hit $720k in the first agreement. It says “meeting the revenue targets”. Plural. What are they? | purchaseatthetop
01/7/2022 05:38 | Just a reminder that there's now an open telegram group on MOS , everyone welcome , house rules -for polite and constructive discussion of MOS. In just over a week we have 100 members and its a busy place. You may find it a useful additional place to discuss MOS. | dgbell7
30/6/2022 10:58 | I would be cool with 50/50 split as £900k per year X as many contracts like this as they can do, would be a fair t/o | dubois
30/6/2022 10:01 | Not sure bud. Speculatively hoping it's no more than around 30% | dougy1
30/6/2022 09:25 | toppy, IGS will feel that's market sensitive, we'll find out in results. $900k with a portion to IGS. Revenue targets were met in the previous 6 months so it bodes very well for a much longer contract come the end of the year. MOS is growing nicely with plenty of other news to come. | celeritas
30/6/2022 08:32 | What percentage of the deal is IGS getting? | toppy007
30/6/2022 07:40 | Lovely news this morning on the IGS renewal. Not only is it proof of concept, not only his it confirming that the $720K initial revenue target for the first 6 months was fully me, it also increases the size of the contract by more than 20% to $900K for the second 6 months.Excellent news for the business!Anders Holmstedt, IGS CEO, said: "I am delighted to announce the continuation of this major strategic partnership with Mobile Streams. With our gaming and entertainment content and their delivery platform we have enormous scope to grow services and revenue. We have big plans to build new products and develop exciting opportunities together." Mark Epstein, CEO Mobile Streams, said: "It has been a pleasure to work with IGS and we are very pleased to extend this great partnership. The MOS and IGS teams are working extremely well together, and we look forward to building an even closer partnership in the future. We look forwarding to delivering many great things." | dougy1
29/6/2022 08:05 | I’d rather hold 4D than this says David Gruel. We would rather see you hold 4D than MOS also. | tommyknockers1
29/6/2022 00:08 | Wouldnt trust this failed accountant, multi alias troll | peaky01
28/6/2022 23:37 | I notice you're also completely avoiding and ignoring all items of your BS I pointed out the other day? Maybe actually do some reading up before you comment. Better to stay silent and appear stupid than to open your mouth and prove it. | dougy1
28/6/2022 23:35 | Again, a compellingly uneducated answer R0hini but I dont know what I was expecting. If the share price is all you're looking at for your research then best of luck to you. There's no I in team but there is a MOS in MONSTER. ME, NB and TG are all very well connected and you only need to look at this whole play from a strategic perspective to see we're going after big fish with big figures attached. I've been saying it for months and I'll say it again, I still think it's coming. Silence from a company like MOS isn't an omen, it's exactly what I expect to see from a company focused on the end goal. I've seen it before in GVC (Now Entain) during very similar circumstances albeit with a completely different target audience and strategy. Most importantly of all, when one comes, more will follow. | dougy1
28/6/2022 23:04 | Thanking you kind sir ROhypni | tommyknockers1 |
