No update Saint. The £500k will convert to a 4% holding in QMG which was a dormant company 18 days before this major contract was announced and £500k given to them. There is a drag on clause in the articles of association that was added later so MOS can even be forced to sell that 4%.

Excellent news this morning to hear that we've signed a couple of heavily incentivised deals with the same organisations that got us in with PUMAS. This tells me 2 several things.It tells me that we're expecting deals like the PUMAS one to become the norm.It tells me they are profitable enough that we are willing to hand away some substantial incentives It tells me that we have a lot of faith in both the agencies as well as them having a lot of faith in us. "MOS has negotiated to pay these agencies in shares rather than cash so that all partners are aligned in value creation for MOS shareholders and to ensure that MOS keeps a strong cash position as recently announced"

I am sitting in the sun overlooking my pool in Italy. So, I have a great life thanks. Let’s hope this PUMAS deal works out as MOS are now funding $310k up front to PUMAS and now £500k in shares to two unknowns. Lotta money. NFTs have crashed by 90% in the last year and global recession is smashing discretionary spending.

Dubois. They are giving £500k in shares to agencies that either do not exist or are in Turkey with no real track record. Please show me evidence of them being value adding. What is it with £500k being given away. First £500k to Qusnta and now the same amount to two lucky winners of the MOS lottery.

So why not pay them in a normal way when they deliver what they are supposed to? This is the equivalent of once again giving money away in the form of dilution.

There is no trace of an agency of Andrea Olmedo Lopez.
PAS Kisisel etc is a small Turkish company linked to Fenerbache.

Great interview! Lots of positives but one of the most important things for me when investing in small caps is that the directors have serious skin in the game which the MOS BoD do. The very last point in the interview covers this making it abundantly clear that the only way the BoD now win is if we all win.
