I showed you why there is a cash burn. Disprove it. I was only using their own RNSs. Are they lies?

Dubois. Let me give you a little clue. If MOS are still burning cash now with this higher revenue then there will be a new placing rather soon. Have you spotted the fact that no RNS ever moves the share price now? It is because the more pointless RNSs you release the less effective they become.

Investors need clear view over real data.

Dubois. The cash burn rather suggests the contribution from the higher gross revenues is actually falling. Any comments?

Idiot grow up. Is that balanced enough? We both can post it. What is your view of why massive cash burn despite the supposed huge revenues is still happening?

I simply prefer to look at everything and take my own balanced view thank you.

18/3/22 RNS says cash at 31/12/21 was £1.4m
15/3/22 raises £1.2
18/3/22 Krunchdata RNS cash outflow of £265k

Therefore if MOScwas trading at cash breakeven current cash would be £2.35m

4/7/22 RNS says cash or equivalents (hence including Gfin shares) is £1.8m
Therefore cash burn in H1 22 was £535k. Nearly £100k a month.

Not quite the rosy revenue picture being painted.

Well argued Dubois. How about justifying the listed £3m “given” to insiders and connected companies for absolutely nothing tangible in return.

Citycanary.
MOS have given….
£500k to Quantas Media Group
£250k to Gfin
£350k or whatever to Pumas.
£250k to Tim Scoffham
£1.5m to Krunchdata owners

None of these have ever demonstrated any commercial worth. So I am cynical.

The initial cash payment, money up front etc is unfortunately standard practice when you work with such a large club, (e.g. MUFC THFC Barcelona etc). The reason is that you expect to make money trading on their brand and they have the whip hand in the negotiation initially. We experienced this when dealing with one of the big 6 UK football clubs.

Looking at the given details under these circumstances, the deal is actually quite reasonable and should hopefully deliver handsomely.

The RNS says that MOS are required to make an initial cash payment to Puma that is well covered by the existing cash of £1.8m. It does not say how much. Clearly that is an awful deal. NFTs are a dead industry down 95% in the last year.

A cue for another placing maybe?

Just my view.
