21/12/2020 11:34 | I agree with all the above dp but it is still far too expensive for me . There are many undervalued companies out there to invest my money in atmo. Exciting company yes but not an investment case for me. GLA holders though. | jeanesy
21/12/2020 11:31 | I think Covid is a positive for MIRI as it will accelerate the push towards finding alternative income streams while cinemas and clubs are shut. If you are a musician or filmmaker and can get an extra few grand for selling some advertising in your video you are going to do it aren't you? To question the valuation is to apply old economy approaches to a digital new economy disrupter. You would never have bought TTD, AMZN, the list goes on, if you had waited for the price to not be ahead of itself. If the company is good, it will always look frighteningly expensive. | donald pond
21/12/2020 11:21 | Thanks for the link. Very exciting company and prospects. I do feel though that the price has got way ahead of the news. 130m cap generating sales of 2.2 million. Really sounds way over the top for now imo. I will watch from the sidelines though . I know sales growth will be impressive from here but it does seem that the market cheer on a vaccine is running out of steam with news of the mutating strand. I fear we are a long way form things returning to normal and that will affect sentiment . | jeanesy
21/12/2020 11:10 | "Our goal is to allow advertisers to buy Disney’s premium content - Including ABC, ESPN, Freeform, FX Networks, National Geographic Networks and Hulu - whenever, wherever and however they want, so we’re turning on every connection point on every one of our products. We stay ahead of the curve by working with partners like The Trade Desk to ensure we’re providing brand customers with the very best inventory offering." | thesaint5
21/12/2020 10:50 | Our CEO is more experienced and has done what he has said he'd do. He also manages expectations and doesn't over-promise snd under-deliver like Draper. I like BIDS, am not invested but think they'll have a decent 2021. I see much better value here as I believe the revenue acceleration here will be superb and I imagine the tier 1 (Disney/fox) could well spend nearer to $20m and with Tencent really embedded as it were I expect their spend to accelerate too. Then there is new business and of course music. Remember our offering has been independently researched to be more effective than traditional ads and I imagine FOMO will kick in soon enough and other tier 1s will follow. | tickboo
21/12/2020 10:43 | Thanks YA confirming what I thought. Income revenues for 2021 could be very impressive, much better than I had initially thought, what an exciting proposition this is. Reminds me of Bidstack but on steroids, gaming market was never going to be huge as there's not many games that you can apply decent revenue generating adverts from, likes of FIFA are okay, likes of Grid, F1 etc are useless. Problem with Bidstack was always no IP protection and they have direct competition, I can't find anyone offering anything similar to what is on offer with Miriad, signing two bluechip companies for a minnow is incredible and testament to the offering. Looks like the UK has its very own 'The Trade Desk' $TTD, expect growth trajectory to be on a similar or even greater scale as this is truly the adverting engine for our next generation of media consumers. | thesaint5

21/12/2020 09:54 | In reference to the Tier1 US streamer that was signed this is what I heard. In terms on monetary value of the contract already signed Stephan indicated they generated advertising revenues of $7bn and that the Mirriad target was 0.2-0.3 percent in the first year and then double this by the second or third year. This would translate into revenues of $14m at the lower end of that target. The first campaign in December has already been sold and is from a large cereal manufacturer. I've written up my notes from the webinar and they are avaialable here hxxps://www.yellowst A recording of the webinar is available here hxxps://youtu.be/C4D | yellowstoneadvisory
20/12/2020 14:31 | Anyone have a broker note with estimated revenues? During the interview I'm sure he says Disney revenues estimated at 0.2/0.3% of their 7 billion advertising revenues, not sure I heard that correctly as it's slightly unclear. | thesaint5
19/12/2020 22:53 | someuwin, sent you a dm | donald pond

19/12/2020 13:57 | And if I recall from a recent freakonomics webcast there is minimal evidence that most online advertising works at all | mad foetus
19/12/2020 13:52 | ...From the webinar: "Mirriad increases brand awareness by up to 28%, purchase intent by up to 31% and actual brand consumption by up to 29%." | someuwin
18/12/2020 15:41 | I still don’t have my allocated/additional shares. Expected them yesterday although my broker has taken the cash. | whomperswhomp
18/12/2020 15:35 | There's been quite a few placings occurring lately at very steep discounts - I've been hit with a few bad ones (TWD 45% discount. RUA 25% discount). The fact that MIRI have just been able to raise £26m at a discount of just 5.9% (and after a very strong rise) shows how much these shares are in demand. I don't expect the post placing churn to last long here at all and the share price will be surging again very soon. MIRI will surely be one of the star performers of 2021. | someuwin
18/12/2020 14:21 | great presentation | c0lin1
18/12/2020 14:11 | ...They can't confirm that for NDA reasons - but reading between the lines it seems 100% certain to me. | someuwin
18/12/2020 14:07 | Sorry just getting up to speed here. Is the tier 1 company they are dealing with widely knowm? It sounds like disney from that presentation. | c0lin1
