29/4/2024 08:15 | Hi yasX, Correction, I've never had an issue getting a quote until now ! I've ended up putting in a limit order for 100,000 up to 2.11p to see if that gets filled ! LOTM | last of the mohicans
29/4/2024 08:07 | Hi yasX, I hear what your saying, its actually not that illiquid. As I said I only came across the company on 8th April. It became apparent to me on Thursday afternoon that the window of opportunity was closing fast, given the news about Upfront 24 starting 13th May & the Microsoft webinar that is due "soon" & that was hinted at on 10th April. They were the catalysts behind doing it & yes I like to pass on details on something if I think its exceptional. Grr couldn't login to my account, now got logged in & can't get a quote ! :( Not even for 25,000 shares nevermind my 100,000 :( LOTM | last of the mohicans
29/4/2024 07:38 | Lotm, Small point: Your posts suggest you are rather keen on buying more shares in this highly illiquid tiddler- yet are suggesting to all across multiple bulletin boards the merits of the opportunity; If some readers were to believe the latter it would be counterproductive for obvious reasons since you would have to compete with others to buy more. Eitger you are charitable or you don’t know how markets function. The only other alternative is you are talking your own book to propel the price higher. Caveat Emptor. I have no position here merely noted extensive posting but no announcements. | yasx
29/4/2024 06:51 | Hi kaos3, I'm not pushing an issue, I'm effectively recording notes so I can find them easily in the future for comparison, as there is much less posting going on here. The couple of stock's I do normally post on, on ADVFN very few of the users use LSE, MIRI might be completely different. Good Luck LOTM | last of the mohicans

29/4/2024 04:36 | The other thing I've been thinking about again was regarding the business model - & download the 25th August 2023 presentation. Page 7, is saying that if 2.4% of advertising were to shift to VPP by 2026, it would equate to a $2.5B opportunity & if Mirriad had 20% of partners signed up it would give them $125m (that's $500M split with 75% going to the Content providers & 25% to Mirriad) that's £100M gross. However that's potentially not a win win win all-round situation because if Advertisers were to simply switch part of there normal TV ad spend budgets directly to VPP the Content providers wouldn't be any better off they would in fact be slightly worse off having to share part of the revenue with us. They'd need the shift to come from other forms of advertising. Advertisers would be pleased though because they were getting better value for each $ spent. Last week CNBC outside contributors were pointing out a trend seen in USA Q1 company results, namely that digital ad spend had increased significantly (without giving a rough % increase) & was going to continue to do so. So instead of Mirriad looking for a shift (or re-allocation of existing budgets) in ad spending of 2.4%. It might be better to say that Advertisers are so impressed with this new form of advertising that they are allocating say 50 - 60% of the increase in budget size to VPP. Now if we say "significantly" is a 5% overall increase ( I think it might be a lot higher than that, but lets go with 5%) Then that would equate to between $2.5 - $3 Billion (5% of $106B = $5B & then 50 - 60% of that). So back to the same figures Mirriad was using but expressed differently :) Which truly would be a WIN WIN WIN all-round situation. And if VPP maintains its compelling effectiveness at that scale, then its highly likely they will get the lions share of any budget increase the following year (& VPP will be on the budget roster after year 1). 29/4/2024 04:05 | I've been thinking about some of the feedback from Sunday & done a bit more research myself & I'm currently 80% certain they will need to raise more cash to see us through to break-even. However I thought of a novel way of getting access to that cash without causing any share dilution. So I hope the BOD read this idea so they could implement it, if they haven't already thought of it themselves. When they next sign up Content providers be it in the USA or Internationally in the next couple of months, they should structure the initial contract as so. The content provider will advance Mirriad either $2.5M or $5M on the signing of the contract to help cover initial system integration & "Programmatic" costs. Mirriad in return will not be entitled to receive its share of ad revenue from the agreement until the Content provider has recovered that same sum of money from what would have been Mirriad's entitlement to it. If the Content provider hasn't received enough revenue to cover the said sum 18 months from the said date, then Mirriad would make a one-off payment to cover the difference & the contract would then continue as originally envisioned. This way Mirriad has the short term cash it needs to help see it through to break-even. Yes it means revenue from these new agreements is going to be pushed out in time & might look like it could cause a problem, but remember in the meantime the 40% of USA providers signed up are going to be generating significantly more revenue as it becomes more widely adopted & used. That cash is going to the bank balance, because the running costs of the business are being covered by the advances. When the advances are spent, the company will have cash in the bank to fall back on. LOTM | last of the mohicans
28/4/2024 22:16 | Hi Rambutan2, And this isn't a trick question ..... So where do you see the problems lying given the following ? 40% of the USA Content providers have now signed up & some are going to unveil themselves as working with Mirriad at Upfronts 24 in 2 weeks time. They are working with 15 of the top 20 advertisers. They have had 3rd party's market research done from Kantar & others for at least the past 9 month's on trial & larger Manual campaigns, with significantly good results for the advertisers. They have TPN Gold Shield Status Signed an agreement recently with Triplelift who are in a different segment of "Programmatic" "Programmatic" is meant to go live with 1 Content provider this quarter & 4 others have been progressing for at least 5 months now & will likely go live in Q3. Have there own Diverse Supplier Marketplace. Clearly have a collaboration agreement with Microsoft around AI. I look forward to your answer so I know where the weakness is & what needs to be done to correct it, so I can ask others who know the company inside out, to see if they know of solution to it that's on the way, or how its mitigated. Have you spoken to your contact recently in the global agency & are they still of that same opinion or has that now changed in any way? Thanks LOTM | last of the mohicans

28/4/2024 21:07 | Despite its racy reputation, the ad industry is very conservative when it comes to putting clients money to work. If a campaign doesn't deliver, then you upset the client, who may not come back. So, proven methods/names are where the money goes. And you get a Catch-22 for someone like MIRI who is offering something new/untested. Programmatic has to be up and running and available on the gate keepers terminals for MIRI to start earning. I say the above as someone who has followed the company from listing, in fact pre listing, and who ignored the wise words of someone close who holds a senior position in a global agency. That said, I still hold shares, but gave up averaging down a while ago. | rambutan2
28/4/2024 12:38 | Hi tburns, It most certainly is when you spend a little time going through the blog posts & realise what's actually going on all the time - (hiding in plain sight) but not in our sight in RNS's. You have to pay attention to LinkedIn that's for sure. Even the announcements they have made have gone unnoticed. Before Friday there had only been 6 days where there was over 5M shares traded since the start of Feburary! So literally no day traders in the stock for now. LOTM | last of the mohicans

28/4/2024 11:35 | Hi all :) tickboo, Really hard to say right now if they will need more funds or not. According to the business plan they had enough cash to last until the end of August at a burn rate of £0.7M per month. So it depends on how quickly they are able to reduce that burn rate. Remember the first Content provider is also meant to go live & generating cash through "Programmatic" before the end of this quarter. That open's up a lot more revenue streams to them (see page 16 of the presentation) & another 4 Content providers are likely to be live in Q3. --------------- Hi tburns, Don't thank me, I'm only where I am thanks to 2phevs on the LSE & MrTaylor194 to a lesser extent. They have an unbelievable understanding of the company & how all the pieces of the jigsaw fit together. May is going to be full of news flow - both official & unofficial. --------------- Hi suetballs, I don't imagine you'll be the only one trying to grab some. Everyone will have there fingers crossed there is no RNS for at least the next couple of days. I think there are 10 trading days max before we get an RNS of some kind & when the USA investors tie together AI & Mirriad in these highly anticipated TV Upfront presentations who knows what will happen. Good luck all LOTM | last of the mohicans
28/4/2024 11:00 | Very difficult to raise at the mo. If they are able to raise with some strategic investors that will be great and will move the share price a fair whack higher. If they have to go to retail I am afraid it will be painful in the short term. Hopefully the former. | tickboo
28/4/2024 10:58 | Huge potential for sure. The only issue I have is a raise is coming before end of June as they do not want the auditor to say they are a going concern. Revenues always weighted to H2 and I am sure with scale they will accelerate this year but I suspect from the autumn. The next raise will hopefully be their last before able to generate cash. | tickboo
