Chairman talking about creating shareholder value few weeks ago at 2.2p...well it's shareholder de-creation and 1/2 share price VALUE so far lolJohn Pearson, Chairman of Mirriad , said: "The past six months has been a busy one for the Company as we undertook a Strategic Review concluding with the successful Placing and Open Offer and we have made significant technical progress towards our programmatic future. I am pleased that shareholders have recognised this today by approving the resolutions put before them. Management is now focused on delivering against the KPIs outlined in the annual report, further scaling the business and building long-term shareholder value."

I reckon this is a cracking opportunity for a short-term trade. The company raised £6.3 million in the placing a month ago. Because of the enormous fall in the SP, the total business is only valued at about that level.Once the market is sure that the selling buying large shareholders has ended (which may well not be the case yet), I expect this will correct itself back to you about 2.2p or above.

Odey should be buying down here, they've paid what 3p for their 16% holding, buying down here would give them a sound average down...

Odey aren't selling. They only bought in a few weeks ago. Yes it's a large percent holding, but a small value holding for them. No MO to sell a holding they paid 3p for a few weeks back. I think holders will enjoy a good few sessions here from 1.3

yeah i know.... it sets a bottom range imho ....

and yes

5 mil was a buy ... as was also the 18 mil /in the end it had to be for a transaction to be/.... added to yesterdays vol . both were sells at the same time... but agree in general

points to lots of vol at 1.5 p and someone is confident enough to absorb and use the special situation. one would expect that he kicked tires. and he had access

ps - i expect the gap to the 1.1p to be closed in the next few days but one never knows
