if programmatic works ... agencies could be avoided to a certain degree ... is that not so.... are agencies the problem ... not pushing our add model ... as they will loose some business ... as customers can do it alone to a certain degree by using programmatic

Yes but I suspect some were hoping for some in the post YE bits. Hence the rally yesterday and this morning the MMs will open up massively down and punters buying into close stitched up.

they already told you these numbers in 14th december trading update. well most of them. hence the buy out or bust situation before they placed recently

A post on lse -They had over £7.52m end of Q1 this year and with the £6.3m raise and cash burn at £680k/month they won't need to think about money until early next year (6 months ahead of running out). That said if they finally accelerate sales and get revenue up with runway increases. They clearly need the programmatic element to significantly increase sales. Working with 50% of the largest advertisers by spend could make this a possibility. Many will have tried to see how it performs and given the results with Kantor surely they'll want more of it. Not dead yet.

i call the reason stated for leaving China - COVID - a BS.

business is such that it can be done remotely - even to the point of 99 per cent.

why giving shareholders are treated like infants .... Chinese market is just tough ... with not much respect for the IP, partners putting the burden on small miri and wanting most of the benefits etc ... do you remember changed cooperation agreement with Tencent before closing China

The reason I used the other apocalyptic was the consequences of not getting the funds.
Now that they have jumped the first hurdle of the placing my reading is that the open offer has to be a success.
I translate £7.75m gross to £7.5m net and that it will take us from the end of September to the end of June. I note in H1 22 they burnt £6.7m of cash and £6. 4m in H2 up from £5.5m and £5m in H1 and H2 2021.
They say they will have burnt through the £11.3m of cash they started the year by end September.
My question is will they up their game sufficiently between now and say April next year so that people will be prepared to write a further cheque to tide them over at end June 2024.
I will need to consult with my pillow.
How do you folks see it?

Can anyone tell me why M&G who have only 13. 1pc are a related party.Do I assume that Parkwalk with their 12.9pc did not participate?

I see it as prearranged and agreed upon with the investors - if they reach certain milestones. And they did.

I am actually happy about it.
