05/9/2018 11:37 | I would be interested to hear what the staff of Stewart Travel have been told or expect to happen ? | hugothesecond
05/9/2018 08:36 | Maybe someone could ask those on twitter to supply any documentation or confirmed communications that any other news is ''imminent'' | pj 1
05/9/2018 08:35 | NOONE knows if news is ''imminent''. All we know is that ''heads of terms'' should be signed imminently and a period of exclusivity granted. Whether or not that is yet another precursor to 6 months of exclusivity and Due Diligence, who knows, but it has to be a risk. Subject to agreement, the Board expects to make an announcement immediately the final terms are agreed. I'm unsure how long that could take either | pj 1
05/9/2018 08:29 | That Twitter haven't got a clue what they're on about; just keep ramping the stock with stupid emojis every day. | colinzeal
05/9/2018 08:25 | Does anyone know if news is imminent? I see the Twitter gang are creating their #min flyers so news must be imminent right? | smith76
04/9/2018 15:00 | And they get Zachary/Hillside on board which being a lender may well be useful when the site starts to be developed if they don't sell it on as a whole. | wi1l
04/9/2018 14:59 | Suspect that's very close to the case and adds to why CE has halved his salary, until a deal in Crete is done. Zachary will be the largest holder. | waterloo01
04/9/2018 14:56 | From Min's pointof view they sell T&L and can therefore pay of the loan and concentrate on CS development with a bit of working capital that they can receive from the exercising of the warrants without further diluting of share capital. Both win then. | wi1l
04/9/2018 14:51 | couldn't find any detail of the CS project on Hillside docs lodged with cos hse and wondered why but was a brief look and could easily have missed the point. Makes more sense to Zachary presumably protecting their interests ie the o/s loan with buying T&L (which is thriving at the moment)via presumably in part exercising their warrants which they would lose in administration but which this way will give them also 15-20% of the CS project and therefore worth quite a bit if everything works out. | wi1l
04/9/2018 14:43 | Ha some interesting posts, i'm reminded, for no good reason lol, of an old maxim i saw again the other day in another context...'The absolute truth has no variables, everything else has many..' | microscope
04/9/2018 14:32 | Bit of both. Look at admission docs. Some but not all detail. | waterloo01
04/9/2018 14:28 | That's a very good point Waterloo. Do you know that the contract reverts back or just speculating that is the case? | wi1l
04/9/2018 14:17 | Oddly one of the things I don't like about MIN is, I suspect, turning out to be a saviour. The poison pill in the Sitia contract whereby it reverts if MIN go into administration (my reading of it anyhow). Suspect it's what has stopped Zachary from just calling in the loan, selling T&L and the Sitia project. However, according to 'a wise man' that doesn't stop someone taking 100% of the project but only through Loyalward/MIN ownership, ie a take-over. That's what keeps us all here. I've been in more boring shares, but few as frustrating. | waterloo01
04/9/2018 13:57 | Sounds about right PJ. I've been in here a couple of months and already wanting to hang myself with the boredom (other than the fine folk on here and the entertaining guys on Twitter) but no one is buying at this "low level". Reminds me I need to change my username, I will have to get in touch with advfn | dazah
04/9/2018 13:46 | dazah. Some traders must be getting bored now, and the lure of the next rocket attracting hot money to much to resist? | pj 1
04/9/2018 13:40 | what if the Zachary is willing to invest more on the project and and trying to find funds for purchasing part of the project and struck one deal. This will have two positives : 1. Gives an evaluation to the hall project and starting point for further negotiations with other parties. 2. Zachary seems to have the same interests with Shareholders as we stand. An assumption only.:) | rspiros
04/9/2018 13:38 | Blimey I go away to set up my Commodore 64 and look what happens...market clearly not impressed with MIN absolutely disgraceful. | dazah
04/9/2018 13:22 | Anyone in any doubt as to the 'tactics' Directors can use in RNS to disguise the truth should read the RNS from FRR yesterday. Each statement they make fails to put the negative case. It was up 80% yesterday after PI's ignored the previous lies and deceit from the Company. I'm not aware they used ''imminent '' though | pj 1
04/9/2018 13:20 | Me too. I actually bought some more a while ago as I became reasonably optimistic again after one of their announcements but it seems to be deadline after deadline missed and no tangible progress since the PD. | arthur_lame_stocks
04/9/2018 13:16 | People are just fed up of this stock. I know I am. | colinzeal
04/9/2018 13:12 | They say will not affect future fully diluted figures but to be honest the way they have been performing i cannot trust them to their word and i see them having to raise cash by some means other than through a partner. | scotty1 |
