JJ. I would think that once contracts are exchanged then required funds would be held in escrow pending completion. I would suspect at that point then Hillside's ability to implement any further actions in regards of enforcement would be void, as in effect, payment is guaranteed (or as good as), and would not be upheld by any Court.

Lets think positively guys. They have mentioned weeks to exchange of contracts so at least we know its going to be within the next 51 weeks or they would have had to say ''year(s)''

Fireplace, yes with the loan expired and now subject to 'negotiation' they will I believe be forced down the placing route yet again, especially with the additional 21 day wait for shareholder approval once the sale is finalized.

I suspect that any prospective investor in CS will want to see confirmation of completion before committing funds to the project. From memory, sale of Stewart, ability to raise placing money and renewal of Hillside loan were all mentioned in the 'going concern' section of results.

At what price any placing might be if it occurs, is, frankly anyone's guess. If Hillside renewal comes at a cost, I doubt Stewart sale will cover all the debt,

I would imagine that whoever takes a stake in the project (if that's the way they take it)will want their guys on the BoDs

Fireplace yep my thoughts to,just be happy to get the sale and terms out of the way,then hopefully get news on the project side,just hope certain people step down and let younger/ newer blood in who can get things moving a lot faster than the current BoDs

They might surprise everyone with the interested party buying in to the CS project. Should think he is waiting on the sidelines until the exchange of contracts on the T&L sale. Gone very quiet on that one but it doesn't mean nothing is being done about the CS project.
