19/12/2022 16:02 | Hi Waggle - True - Its a shot to nothing though and that would be Huge.. best to forget that could ever be a possibility.. | givmesunshine
19/12/2022 15:50 | I’m calculating based on the 5%, if the other part comes through it will be a massive bonus. | bargainbuyer
19/12/2022 15:47 | The interim results end of March 23 will be from Dec 22, this will have recent uplifts in. As for the 15% at some point I believe they will give it back to MAFL on improved terms. Better having the backing of the government during the BFS than not. | baz9707
19/12/2022 15:43 | JV has a long track record of managing the NAV to ensure an easy ride...ie always errs on the side of caution and holds some back so that the NAV only ever goes up...tho with the calibre of the investments that is almost a certainty in any event. the real key to unlocking HUGE value is getting the shares back from the Portuguese government, his last Proactive interview was downbeat on this. the longer it goes on (and it is over 3 years now) and the more valuable LS becomes then the less likely it is that a deal can be done imho. all will have their own views on this. | waggle
19/12/2022 15:32 | Baz - The NAV in the annual report is going to be quite historic now - YE June 22 .. One thing i think that could improve is the timing of upadates to NAV.. what ever that figure is we will have to add in quite a few things in commentary to be reflected in the new since then to "as it stands" NAV. | givmesunshine
19/12/2022 15:14 | That’s a share price 60p-70p. I think it’s a golden nugget this share. | bargainbuyer
19/12/2022 15:02 | Agree / looking at the potential for NPV of Lagoa option upgrade and current portfolio - over - £20million + from a NAV is clearly on the cards .. | givmesunshine
19/12/2022 14:50 | Market cap could be £20 million next year when option is triggered and I repeat again that this on the basis of just the LS investment. Lots more going on too. One to buy and put away, looks solid.. | bargainbuyer
19/12/2022 13:15 | Royalties on a producing mine brings in revenue, a first for MAFL. | baz9707
19/12/2022 13:12 | It would be great to get an update on Golden Sun financing before results, as well as the NAV you need to look at the potential within the projects. | baz9707
19/12/2022 10:27 | Morning Thought we may have had an RNS today , annual report or golden sun funding - with reference to GS from what I understand We have a 5.5% stake via a convertible loan and a fractional Royalty in place ( value unclear ) for production from all 12 properties - GS awaiting imminent approval of loan funding for 35-44k per annum production start .. anyone know what value this currently has attributed to in the NAV ? JV described it a very sellable ... given lagoa baseline put option on historic PEA is worth at least 30% over the current mkt cap.. what the thought on GS ... 5% of a potential funded 44k tonne PA mine with portfolio royalty ? I suppose need to wait for the confirmation first .. but very interesting development alongside Lagoa | givmesunshine
16/12/2022 16:06 | Very funny Matt - I think that's killed that fools theory that a share can't rise because there none to buy .. £45 of Hungarian luncheon voucher more like .. have great weekend | givmesunshine
16/12/2022 15:51 | Taking out previous highs from Mar 2017 would be great - it jumped from a close of 12p on 10/03/2017 to a high of 22.5p on 14/03/2017 before falling back. Anyone who's bought in last 5.5 years is now in profit. Suppose there might be a few sellers from long termers but the story is even better than it was back in 2017. | timbo
16/12/2022 15:36 | finally back over 20p... this is another one that i've held for donkeys time but maybe coming good....lovely looking chart | sos100
16/12/2022 15:27 | Got to pay 22.5p for £45k worth now | matt123d
16/12/2022 13:28 | finally coming good with sustained rises but still should be much higher in future🤞 | sos100
16/12/2022 13:24 | Will we see 20p today! | matt123d
16/12/2022 12:56 | The strength in this now is amazing, not sure what is going to knock it back because it does not need to raise money which is killing most stocks now on the market. 20p beckons | dave4545
16/12/2022 12:33 | Thank you sunshine. The more I look at those figures and what could be arriving with an updated PEA, the more I believe MAFL is heading over half a pound. | bargainbuyer
15/12/2022 14:59 | Been reading through the PEA and subsequent drilling updates in the north zone - the PEA post tax NPV $247.6 million has significant scope for increased value - the infilling is significantly better..and prices in USD / EUR now nearly 20% better .. when the resources upgrade come in.. there will be some numbers to crunch to work out LOM NPV .. | givmesunshine
15/12/2022 12:44 | Yet you can't claim why this 'motive' Just remember, previous to 3pm you couldn't make any buys, and after my dump, you could. Fancy that... | davevt |
