Hi AllNice and quiet but moving along nicely .. no posts for months which shows how much off the radar MAFL is .. I don't think we will have to wait too long for a resource update and personally think JV has been working on getting that spare 15% back from the Gov All good , but. It the most exciting watch ;0)

Welcome to the club!

This company is really an unappreciated gem, under promising and over delivering. Very approachable Chairman whose market summaries are read and respected by directors in quoted resource companies.

May I join the party?
I don't think the majority of the market have heard of these.
Should be a 44,642 buy showing soon.
I think the whole sector is pretty bombed out with a lot of projects being mothballed due to either equipment lead times, permitting, or financing.

Edit..my only miner is Andrada Mining, the Uis tin mine in Namibia, currently building a lithium pilot plant.
Other resource shares are all oilers.

Cash rich relative to the market value so I am hoping they are lining up an exciting new investment.
Still very long here and I see rock solid value being built. Note, how NAV has risen over the past few years. Definitely one to hold for the medium, long term.

I have been looking through the PEA and I think the assumption that the 10% NPV Discount will erode any resource gains is not correct .
My Logic Below
The $246 post tax PEA valuation is discounted @8% not 5% (looks like and RNS error)
in the PEA about 85% of the cash flow is in the first 5 years due to the heavy wieghting to the North
PEA only take into account M&I 14.4 mt - conversion of any of the 16mt inferred could add to the year 5 plus cashflow.
Alost every metric is up from PEA - Currency and LT prices.
I think when you add all these up and the massive drilling campagn - the additional 2% discount is irrevleant, and i personally think we will get quite an uplift in the NPV for the reasons above ..?

Assendant have uploaded an investor Presentation.. One point of note .. Resourse upgrade due any day now (End of Feb / Early March23) so hopefullly some updates soon

Yes saw that this morning - looking good for the future here, still cant quite get my headf around how the NZ/SZ drilling will impact the PEA / FS , but looking forwards to the next few months with confidence .. with an outside chance of a movment on the additional 15% but thats 100% discounted

Nice update - amongst the detail picked this out of interest step-out and infill drill holes in the South Zone will be included in the resource update to support the Feasibility Study. Results reported today represent full results received as January 28, 2023.So looks like the will be a resource update before the FS and would appear toInclude the infills from the south which I didn't think would be included ?

Not long now for updated FS .. Assendent have put out a few minor notices regarding drilling, but not much to add other than a reassurance that FS will be ready before the end of Q1... May get a resource upgrade before then, but other than that snooze town .. a few of MAFl holdings have woken up over the past months or so ASND included .. waiting patiently for the next update but looking good GLA

I am expecting a bumper BFS with a new base price of metals, add any exploration upside news.

ASND share price has doubled since the big seller dumped and has a lot of ground to make up on similar companies 300% just to get near.
