It would be good to get manganese and Minco listed during H1, Buchans can wait until 2022.

There is also the option, if xtierra don't pay the loan (and maybe at Buchans option anyway) to have the Mexican asset. Leaving xtierra to be a royalty company as they have stated they want to be.

So at $23m canadian they have about $5m in XAG.

Warrants in the money to $1.3m now also.

If this silver squeeze happens you can easily see XAG hitting 30cents.

I would then sell the stock into the high volume bank $10m then exercise the warrants for $650,000 for $4m value of stock thus creating about $13m value to Buchans in cash/XAG.

So if that hypothetical situation occurred its about 30c canadian just attached to this scenario.

Other assets should see this closer to $1 on listing.

Afternoon all! Hope everyone is well???

I have just noticed that Xtierra seems to have spoken up ...... didn't MIO own Xtierra shares??? Options? Warrants??? If so, what happened to them? Did they end up with Buchan's??? Can't see the wood froh the trees on this any more.....🤔🤔🤔

Due to the Boliden news and exclusivity period to end Dec 2021 I get the feeling no IPO or promotion will take place on the Buchans VMS deposit.

We've taken a $600k fee for that to cover expenses. I think then it's a case of Boliden want to buy in, or we IPO. Or a combination of both.



Buchans has agreed to grant Boliden exclusivity for a period of one year to December 31, 2021 to complete its evaluation and negotiate the Earn-in and Option Agreement and the JV Agreement during which period Buchans has agreed not to provide information to or negotiate with any third party on the Buchans Project, and, assuming Boliden submits a proposal, a right of first refusal for a further six-month period.

There was some consensus that all 3 companies would be listed early this year. I'm not sure where the belief for this forecast originated but hopefully not hoo far away.

To be fair the market pricing for base metals hasn't been great during all of that period. It is only in the last 12 months we've seen a supportive copper price and hopefully resurgent manganese soon enough.

In the meantime they've been pretty scrupulous with cash reserves.

That said, I think the time is near. Copper, battery metals and silver are all part of the big 'green' story and it should give support to relisting our assets.

The Boliden announcement is massively supportive.

When should relisting be? I would hope within the next 12 months. Time to start asking questions of the BOD on that front?

McParlands company QME does a significant amount of work in Bolidens Tara mine in Navan, Ireland.

They are also heavily involved with Anglesey mining, who are closely linked with minco.

We seem to be getting more involved with Boliden in different ventures. Maybe they will buy out Buchans eventually. I think buchans director Peter Mc Pharland drilling company have previously done work for Boliden.

When you read Kearneys comments on Tara in the last Buchans Boilden JV this is a significant hole for Minco. If they intersect that deep ore body the 20% minco own will be worth a fair bit

Have today received an e mail from Xtierra. Below is the main text.The full press release was not on their web site a few minutes ago. GLA

XTIERRA DRILLING HIGH GRADE SILVER ZONE AT BILBAO

Toronto, Ontario, January 5, 2021 - Xtierra Inc. (TSXV: XAG) (“Xtierra̶1; or the “Company”;) has completed the first two drill holes and 732 meters of a planned five drill holes totaling 1500 meters into previously identified areas of high-grade silver mineralization. Drill core samples will be sent to an SGS laboratory in Durango with results anticipated by the end of the month. Current drilling is located adjacent to and west of the main Bilbao Silver-Lead-Zinc deposit. The objective of drilling these two holes is to confirm the continuity of the high-grade silver values to the northwest between drill holes X42 and X75 and to the south between drill holes X84B and X96 which are 100 meters apart. The third hole will test the continuity between the two best drill hole results in X26 and X40-1.
