Yes we were just guessing on the basis of Covid causing too much disruption to this winter, clearly there is a demand for resource sector IPO’s now so Spring 2021 listing would seem logical. All three companies I hope.

None of them are listed yet. Spring next year has been mentioned by some posters here, but speculation only as far as I can make out.

Yeah. You will get buchans regardless as well. There is an option to take the minco share or swap it for an extra 25% of buchans share

Think Canadian Manganese will be most valuable in long run. All the electric cars need Manganese, hope they list soon.

I'm only being offered minco or buchans , no manganese . My MIO was held with Jarvis. I wonder why that is .

As someone said Canadians will take Buchanan as they can deal in them on Canadian Market.

Very difficult to make an informed judgement due to lack of news this year - you would hope the companies could provide an update before decisions must be made.

MIO - has raised cash
+/- depending on circumstances people may not wish to receive a few shares (relative cost to deal once listed) vs more shares in an already held companies

Buchans - strong influence from Xtierra shareholding

listings/lack of makes judgements difficult.

loafingchard, FWIW, I have opted for all three company shareholdings simply to spread my risk. GLA

Minco:

During the six-month period ended 30 June 2020, Minco Exploration completed a private placement financing through subscriptions for 11,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of €0.05 per share to raise a total of €550,000 to fund its working capital and planned exploration programs.

Buchans:

Note this was pre the scheme of arrangement:

Toronto, December 29, 2017 – Buchans Resources Limited (“Buchans̶1; or the “Company”;) is pleased to report that it has closed a non-brokered, arms-length, private placement financing of flow-through shares for gross proceeds of $2,004,000.

The Company issued 6,680,000 common shares, which qualify as flow-through shares (the “FT Shares”) of the Company for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) at a price of C$0.30 per FT Share, raising aggregate gross proceeds of C$2,004,000 (the “PlacementR21;).

Lendmeafiver. I converted all warrants to mio.
Can you say when the private placing of Buchanan’s was and at what price?
Similarly for Minco?
You are proabably right about the Spring listing.
TIA

Blackersmill - first thing, have you decided what to do with your warrant yet, I’ve just made my broker aware that I want my sipp warrant to be converted into an extra 0.25 Buchans shares and my dealing account warrant into Minco exploration stock. I won’t bore you with the logic behind that decision.

I don’t know, but fully expect that due to covid the listing(s) won’t be until spring 2021 but the private placement of Buchans and more recently Minco shares give an indication of value. Plus manganese also of course.

Sorry to bother but is there any sign or update on when the listing will happen that we can get a value for our holdings?

thanks in advance

You should have done. Email them the RNSs and ask them why they haven’t placed the distribution on your account.
