on Sedar reports, Note 20 on the consolidated financial statements for Buchans reads;

"Subsequent to December 31, 2019, Minco Exploration completed a private placement of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares at a
price of €0.05 per share to raise a total of €500,000 ($766,560) to fund its working capital and planned exploration programs."

I get the feeling most will go for the Minco option rather than the additional Buchans, simple diversification and they have done reasonable deals in the past in Ireland.

Teemore - I've not seen anything on Minco raising money, assume they have what they were given at the spin-off. I may have missed it though.

I'll have to have a proper look - more fingers in different pies if I go with MINCO, but depends on who lists first for me as well.

If Minco Exploration hasn't raised money before December then it can't do anything. The default of these shares could be non-optimal.

I'm going to assess later in the year.

Yeah mine states end of this year so I'll need to contact them or computershare to sort it. So much messing around.

Think the warrants have a year validity - presume from December 2019 spin out - not sure on exact dates.

Anyone know how to exercise the warrants if held in a nominee account i.e. Halifax? It states we will automatically get MINCO shares if we don't exercise before expiry date.

Results out for Buchans Resources. A listing seems unlikely at present though I remain hopeful of it happening sometime in the next few years.... GLA

Notice of AGM has been posted on SEDAR for Buchans Resources and Canadian Manganese. Both meetings arranged for June. Interesting that Canadian Manganese is also a 'special' meeting.

Does your broker not offer TSX, I would change broker.

Hope so. Still not sure how to transfer the shares and warrants over it's so confusing. Does anyone know if we have to wait until an IPO to transfer them to a broker offering trading on the TSX?
