If Blackrock tried to buy stock in Mio to the value of the stock they have buying in DALR, they'd move the price up ( and away from themyelvey) dramatically...... I would guess Blackrock know full well what they are doing...... :)

There are regular 200000 buys. Could be Black rock buying some more dalr . No need to declare until conversion.

Deal value today = 15,490,666 * 1.60 = C$ 24,785,066 = GBP 14,375,338 = 0.0301 per share

That's great JDG 75. Later in the year would be OK with me but your timescale is super. I see a sale of 1345,643 shares today for £28,260. A holder of that no of Minco shares would receive 32700 Dalradian. Worth CAD $ 52320 or almost £30,000. Will the seller of those shares receive the Dal shares? Is the May 31st date relevent here?

Minco is required to post proxy and circular within 28 days from 1 june announcement. I assume we see those papers earlier. In that same announcement (within 28 days of 1 june) they will announce the meeting date. That meeting will probably be planned approx 1 month of the announcement date. So mid July or so. Deal may be closed by end of July.

Blackrock is buying lots of DNA shares on the open market. Dalradian may receive $50 million this year from further warrant exercices. See MD&A for more details

Gee Whizz, I take a day off to go shopping with the missus and all goes crazy. Dal go skyhigh the deal goes through (I think) I don't see a date for when we have Dal shares in our possession or an EGM date either if that's necessary. I'm worn out from giving my (honest)opinion on the same dress from 57 different angles so I might have missed something in that document. Any opinions on when and what happens next. Minco will surprise us when it suits them and that,s OK with me.

Correct. Buchans will probably have approx 48 million shares outstanding pre tsxv listing. Hopefully they will not dilute. No need because of the $1.5 million cash + $6 million Dalradian shares. They will probably list it on tsxv by doing reverse takeover.

Just a way of splitting the shareholding into NSR related and rest of assets related, the 0.10 just means the total number of shares in issue post deal will be reduced not your overall percentage shareholding in the Company.

I don't get the bit about a and b shares. Especially when it's says 'for each A scheme share: 0.10 buchans share'. Thought we just getting buchans relisted?

This is still a bargain, in fact arguably more of a bargain now than when it was languishing at 1p last year with no newsflow.
